sir,
from the last 3 days i want to take back my car scorpio from the authorised service dealer of mahindra named sri durga automobiles located in moti nagar in new delhi. on 08.07.10 i have dropped my car to them for minor problem for which they said to me that we will deliver your car to you in the evening but in evening they said that they delver the car to me next day. on next day 09.07.10 they said they deliver me the car next day and today they told me that they need 3 more days to deliver the car. the only problem in the car is of baterry which is under total warranty. but till today i have not got my car back due to which i am sufferring from big trouble and from last 2 days i also not gone to the office due to all this. i have also contacted to the general manager of the work shop named kk chauhan but he has no time to deal with my problem. kindly help me and suggest me how to file a case against them so that they cannot do this again to me or to any customer. plz help me as soon as possible.
