Hi,

I am Suryakant Patel resident of Hyderabad, I wanted Maruti
800 car for my learning purpose, so I visited Varun and Saboo motors Hyderabad,
and I found a car in SABOO motors which was kept with non TRUE VALUE car (Cost
Rs.90000),
and when I went next day Mr. Chandrashekhar said it is a TRUE VALUE certified
and it will cost me Rs.98000/- and there was denting required on bonnet so
including denting/painting and insurance it got cost me Rs. 1,05,000/- for
Maruti 800 with 98 model.(AP 9S 4369)

I was not happy
with mileage of car as it was 98 model and already mileage was 90114 KM, But
Mr. Chandrashekhar convinced me about that vehicle’s maintenance record, and
about very good condition of Engine of car.

And as per TRUE VALUE motto of ”Buy a TRUE VALUE Certified
car with blind eyes” we bought that car on 12-04-07 because I don’t know about parts
of car but we
were happy as we bought TRUE VALUE certified car with 3 Free service.

On 02-06-07 I went for first Free
service and it was got done without any complaint and that time mileage
was 90365 KM,On 13-08-07 I went for second Free
service and that time also there was no complaint. And mileage was 90714
KM.On 10-04-08 I went for third Free
service as they told me to come on this date and servicing done without
any complaint and without any suggestion by service. That time mileage was
92134 KM.

Then after 6-7 months later in Nov-Dec 2008 I showed it to
outside mechanic, then he observed that fumes are coming from engine and then
he told me that in engine boring should be done as it is already run more than
90000 KM.

When I went to Saboo motors and met manager of TRUE VALUE
then he was saying we don’t give any warranty after 1 year, but it was given
for 3 Free service and servicing was done by Saboo motors only, and they passed
this car in all 3 Free service and when I showed it to outside mechanic it was
showing damage in engine.

In Decemeber 08 its mileage was 93545 KM and last free
service done on 10-04-08 with mileage of 92134 KM, so how it is possible that
within 6-7 months after free service got over engine got damage while as it has
run only 93545-92134=~1400 KM

Actually it was not a TRUE VALUE Certified car, and they
wanted to make money from it they sold 98 Model car with mileage 90114 km. and
without any complaint they did 3 free service. If it would have not any free
service and non TRUE VALUE car then I would have shown it to out side mechanic
before buying, I trusted on TRUE VALUE certified car and I took 98 model with
mileage more than 90000 km. and even at the time of delivering the car they
changed extra Stephanie with no useful tyre, but we already paid the amount and
wanted to sale it within 1-2 years so didn’t consider this issue

So I want justice for this when there was free service till
April 2008 there was no problem and how come problem came suddenly after free
service got over and after the last free service on April 2008 to December
2008, I used car only 1400 km.


Please help me in this issue, as they are selling old model
car and with high mileage to innocent customer, and after free service they are
saying after one year we don’t give warranty, but in that one year they are
doing free service then definitely there will be no complaint, and when we go
to show outside mechanic they find so many small/big issue.

When I asked them to solve this problem they are not agree
to do so that I want to file a complaint against SABOO motors Hyderabad.
