Sir, we purchased TATA indica xeta on december 2006 bearing reg. no. TN04 2264 from M/s.Concorde Motors, Chennai with an extended warranty of 3 yaers which lapses on november 2010. Recently the aircondition stopped working for that we had given the vehicle for service at M/s VST motors, Chennai on 11th February 2010. Nor they claim that we have to pay charges around Rs.9000/- to change the compressor in spite of the extended warranty applicable.
Please guide us at the earliset to reclaim the illegal charges levied on us.
