I own Tata Indigo CS. Since last 2 months my cars front side door window's power machine is not working, for that i have informed concerned show room & service station. This people are telling me that Pune office is not providing us that machine hence, we are unable to replace it. My car is just 12 months old and I opted for extended warranty of 36 months also.
I use my car daily, so you can understand, without window facility, how the situation is ?
I felt guilty by chaning my car and my family is notall happy with the product & quality.
