I am writing this email after being a victim of unsatisfactory claims and
moneymaking attitude of the service partners of your esteemed group. I
bought a i-10 car from Deep Hyundai motors, New Delhi in August 2008.
Ever since i bought this car, i have been complaining about the shifting of
the reverse gear, which is clearly evident on the job card of the last three
services that were done at the Deep Hyundai Service Station, Near Ashok
Vihar, New Delhi. It gives me immense shame to inform you that they have not
been able to fix this problem till today, however I must appreciate that
they managed to get my satisfaction for first few Km’s.
My last experience at the service station (during third service) was really
disappointing when they charged me ~2000 Rs for removing few scratches from
the body of my car. I was surprised and all the more annoyed to see they
just removed the stains by marking them with a white color, I think a 3 year
old kid could have done a better job. I believe that car had a better look
with the scratches then with that paint
I have never doubted your product quality but the after sales experience
would possibly refrain me from buying your vehicles in future. I would
really appreciate if you could look into the matter.
