    why i should send a mail to the concern section because,i purchased a car (hyundai i10) from your authorised dealer at kerala india (

    sir on the first month itself gear shift problem will occur.so i move the showroom and tell him that there will be a problem occur in the gear box.so they will not clear this problem right now.the second thing is gazket is damaged and they changed that thing also,it will also not clear.as a customer i tell you onething that the service you are providing is too worsitile or bad.free service will be their,but they are not ready to give the free service.once the work will be over i paid the bill.8789,but still the problem is continousily happen.so pls check the mail and tell him to the all head office of ur concern section and clear the problem as soon as possible.orelse i move to the consumer court to file a case against your dealer and hyundai office also.i tell you onething customer satisfaction is the most important part of any business sector.remember onething this will be the final email to the concern section.i will not send any more mail.if you clear this problem within immediately;it will create a problem.so please respond this mail as soon as possible to solve this problem sir

    Angry defaults in new hyundai verna car and service

    My self Bhaskar Alva a business man having chain of business in Mumbai,

    Here by I would like to bring your kind knowledge that I had purchased a motor car from your esteemed company which I had positive hope previously. On the basis of that I purchased your new version of car “Hyundai Verna Fluidic “on date: 14/07/11 from your distributor In Modi House Opp L I C Buliding Eastern Express Highway Thane (w) Mumbai Maharashtra. India.

    Unfortunately I should say with painfully I feel very bad about your company service so I am thinking to drag this issue under juridical subject.

    Details of the Issue.

    While I am purchasing car at your distributor that time they promised me that all type of genuine service will provide by company when ever required including vehicle Insurance, that time they did not disclose that your company (distributor) having tie-up with ICICI Lombard.

    Any how I came to purchase that car because of only your brand, trademark, and of course goodwill. All the money I paid for it.

    After purchase of vehicle I used that car hardly 45 days then after that vehicle got accident on the road. Immediately I informed to your customer support then they said service center person will come and take to the service center by Towing while they came to carry the car they ask me to pay transportation charge Immediately I Paid Rs 500/- for that. On Date: 28/08/2011

    And also confirmed me that the entire barrow will cover by cash les Insurance and vehicle will handover back with in 4 to 5 days.

    After ten days later I got call from service center and informed that the vehicle Engine is got damage so we need to open the engine, then I agreed to open engine mean while they said, that will be chargeable but I informed them to claim under Cash les Insurance.

    After these Issue again I got call from your service center they said that your vehicle engine is not claimable in insurance so you have to pay for it, so I ask them to why is not possible, but they do not able to clarify about this matter,

    Then after I tried to meet Mr. Vasudev Rao (Manager) in your Service center Majiwad thane (w) but most of the time he avoid to talk to me at least he do not have simple curtsey to the customer, he suggested me to meet Mr. Anwar (Engineer) but your Engineer treated like arrogant way that too even he did not given full detail of the damage (list) of the vehicle, that manager said that some more cars are having same complaint that too also new car.

    Here I have a question while I paid full amount as Road Tax, Insurance, Octroi. And others, while your company collected full Insurance if you are not claim (Reimbursement) ing it means you are cheating your customer.

    I too a business man I treat my customer as god, Yes I am doing purely business even though I don’t cheat my customer.

    Secondly your service center has such specialist like engineers even though they also not given estimate of the work simply verbally said that it may cost 90000/- or more than 1 lakh. It shows your service center persons are un professionlist
    After opening the car why your engineers do not give work cost report in detail to the customer?

    One thing I want to ask you that customer wouldn’t get such updation by your service center? Up to last movement I have not received a single call from your service center about delivery. And also harassing situation is finally when I got my car from your service center after 38 days that was totally un cleaned and I ask them about the ugly look of the car he said that bring this car next time that time we will clear it “this is your Brand service center brand service” !

    I hope you may know better than me A business person why he choose to buy car for his business purpose means importance of his vehicle.

    Is your new model is have such manufacturing default?

    So I have doubt about your product which is sold by in your brand and by your dealers. I think you are playing with the public in the name of business. So bellow mentioned reasons are pushing me to make knock the consumer court door.

    Reason No. 1) Unsuitable service.
    2) Un conditional Product
    3) Wrong guidance
    4) Un professional service


    Is this your slogan says “New Thinking and New Possibilities “?

    After I purchase the car from you each and every my friends and relatives are asking me about the vehicle performance I am saying all these colorful stories about your company product and service.

    Hence forth I won’t suggest any one to purchase your product and also I will spread Negative in market as much as possible.

    Any how still I am waiting for your valuable reply as soon as possible. Or contact me direct for more details or clarification.

    Default Extended warrenty

    Dear Sir,
    Myself S.k.Samal have a hyundai car JH 01U 8297 which is on extended warrenty. Silencer pipe of the vehicle has been damaged and for replacement I have contacted Utkal Huyndai sevice center, Bhubaneswar but they simply deny to do this thing. As far as I know the replacement of this part of vehicle is covered under extended warrenty. Kindly take necessary action for this act.

    Default Delivery of defective Accent car

    Respected Sir,
    We bought a new Accent car from your dealer Concept Hyundai Motors I. Pvt.Ltd, New York Complex, Bodakdev , S.G.Highway, Ahmadabad. The order was placed on dated 15.09.2011 and delivery was made on dated 06.10.2011. I was promised by the showroom authority, on 5th October,2011, to deliver the car at 07:00 a.m.on 6th October, 2011.
    We reached the show room at 06:45 a.m. and checked the car, to be delivered to me. I found that the front door and glass on the left side of the car was defective. I denied to take delivery of the car, but the show room authority promised (in written)to replace the door as soon as possible.
    I really want to know,
    1.That whether defective cars are being supplied by the company?
    2. And if I am paying the rate fixed by the company, why have I been delivered a defective car?
    As I have been using Maruti Suzuki car since long and no such case was heard. I was also satisfied by the services of Maruti.
    I come to know regarding better quality and services of Hyundai and this time changed my decision and moved to Hyundai and bought an Hyundai car.

    Post complaint against hundai novelty pathankot

    Respected sir, i want to draw your kind consideration that i purchased hundai santro gls model car on 13-10-2010 from your dealer novelty hundai showroom at pathankot in the name of ghansham singh r/o kathua.before the date of purchase,i got warm reception and allurement from u r showroom official.Finally i purchase on the allurement that company will pay u back Rs 6500 as special offer scheme in shape of cheque within stipulated time.Sir thereafter whenever i go there for car service or otherwise ,they make mockery that we will pay u soon.Now after one year feeling cheated,the official of said company confirm me that only two thousand is lying with us.So kindly pay attention toward my grave concern. thanking you ghansham singh r/o kathua j&k 9419151995,9858151995

    Default complaint against kohli hyundai/k.gs hyundai

    sir i had booked a sentafe on 30th jan 2012 paying a amount of rs 200000 (two lac only) to kohli hyundai pataila i made all the arrangements of its finance with hdfc bank gsp i made all the payments due from my side and also the bank also trf the amount of loan till now i have not got any document for the car i.e the purchase voucher and other forms neither the spare keys service book mats etc which were committed to be given after a week it is almost 3 months now i had requested again & again for the bills etc now today they are asking for rs 15000 more as interest on payment i think that i had made a mistake by trusting on this dealer what should i do
