Default Extended Warranty- TATA MOTORS- INDICA V2 Turbo DLZ

I bought TATA INDICA V2 Turbo in 2006 and also bought the extended warranty. Service is poor and cost of parts is exceptionally high. It has gone for repair and the Company has said that Heater core is required to replaced and the coolant is leaking due to this problem. Logically, it should be covered in Cooling system. But the Company is saying this is not part of cooling system and is part of AC system. When told that AC system has some specific exclusions also, they said this is not part of AC system and is separate heating system. On website of TATA MOTORS, there are some exclusion by the name "What is not covered". This is not in that list also. Now M/s Global Administration Services is specifically denying to cover this. I think they are making the customer fool and not paying the claims. The cost of the part is Rs. 4500 and there would be Rs. 1200 as repair charges. Also, the tension of discussing with them what is covered, what is not covered. When we have paid additional amount for extended warranty, why they are not paying the claim. There should be check on these company who sell their product but don't provide service later.
