I think they are making the customer fool and not paying the claims. The cost of the part is Rs. 4500 and there would be Rs. 1200 as repair charges. Also, the tension of discussing with them what is covered, what is not covered. When we have paid additional amount for extended warranty, why they are not paying the claim. There should be check on these company who sell their product but don't provide service later.

hai i am georgi. i have also a tata car. i think u can claim that amount from insurance. So u jist give a detailed complaint to costumer care tata moters 18002097979. Tata give a good customer support. Also ask costemer relations managers number in ur state. Then give detailed complaint agnist the survice agency and submit detailed and complaint to costumercare@tatamoters.com
