    Default Fraud by Safdarjung Hyundai motors (Gurgaon)

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    Safdarjung Hyundai motors Undhyogvihar ph-4 (Gurgaon) has committed a
    fraud by overcharging me for the accidental repairs of my Verna HR26AN
    7987 as per the details below:

    Total bill amount : Rs 58527

    Amount claimed from insurance company (Reliance) RGICL claim no 2091198504
    : Rs 38359

    Amount charged from me : Rs 23000

    They have committed a fraud of Rs 2832 and are harassing me by not paying
    the amount back. I've called them up multiple times and they are just
    delaying the same. Please help.

    Safdarjung Hyundai motors Undhyogvihar ph-4 (Gurgaon) are deceiving the customers.I went to get my car serviced last week.They told me there are 80-90 cars already for service so your turn will come tomorrow.On the same day,I got a call from service station that my car has been serviced so you can take away your car.Due to some reason,I couldn't go on that day.The very next day,they called us to come at 08.30 AM.When we reach there there was no one to address us,we waited fro more than 2 hours.When we received the car,it was in the same condition as before the service.It was not serviced and washed properly.We were surprised to see the total Bill Amount Rs.5300.

    Default Hyundai harassment

    This is my second complaint to the company.Earlier it was for power steering oil leakage for which the company took my whole month in three installments.now its for some noise that has been coming since power steering oil work was done.There has been a change in engine noise.Some rough friction noise is there as if it was running without oil.It becomes loud above 60kmph which is clearly not normal but people in hyundai doesn't want to admit and say it's normal.And there is this knocking noise which comes once you take your foot of the accelerator.Again they don't admit that,saying its normal once the car reaches 60000 km.

    Now for these two problems

    MGF HYUNDAI(maya puri) new-delhi said it was a problem of timing chain which we don't have and we'll place a order for it. I was told it will be done in warranty as my car is in warranty period. Now after a week when the part arrives they call up and say you can come for the change but you will be charged 7500 rupees for as it s not in warranty and comes under wear and tear.

    Now i take a second opinion at safdarjung hyundai udyog vihar gurgaon.They also said it was of timing chain and again part will have to be ordered.Again part comes in after a week and they change it in warranty in four days but noise is still there.They then say its because of engine oil pump which is not sending proper oil pressure to the engine.Again they order the part.Again the part arrives they change it again the noise is there.now they say its some bearings which need to be changed.its been again four days now.

    First one dealership said it will be done in warranty then he backs off asking for money,then for the same job other dealers agrees.
    And then they are just not sure of the problem and trying hook n crook methods by changing the parts one by one wasting my time and money.
    The whole again N again process has taken 6 weeks of mine.The car is still at the safdrajung hyundai gurgaon.They are not able to fix the problem.they are still on hook n crook method.And now they just buying time by not answering my calls.There's a lot of harassment i am facing.

    Unhappy Theft at Safdarjung Hyundai, Gurgaon

    I took my vehicle i20 Asta (AVN) for Bodyshop work, But tragedy happened to me at Safdarjang Hyundai's Gurgaon Service Station on 31st-OCT-2011 Monday.

    While filling the job card we came to know that the MapmyIndia GPS SD Card is missing from the unit's slot.
    The vehicle was parked inside the dealer's premises by their own drivers. I never use to remove the GPS card as that slot is ment for it only.

    My AVN (Audio-Video-Navigation) is not useful to me without that card. The service station guys are not aware about this product.

    This issue was also reported to the Service Manager (Sr. Manager) Mr. Mishra.
    After a understanding my pain and their team's mistake the team agreed to arrange for the similar card from MapmyIndia.

    Today (5th-NOV-2011) Safdarjang Hyundai called to to collect the card so that they can test the same on my device.

    But that card was not containing the exact features which I got from the Hyundai at the time of purchasing the vehicle.


    My Major issus with Hyundai.
    1. Even car's genuine acessorie are not safe inside the service station.
    2. The customer's belonging's were not checked and tracked at the enterence gate of the service station.
    3. Why I am not getting MapmyIndia's exact genuine OEM version of the software.
    4. Why your service station guys are not aware about this AVN(Audio-Video-Navigation) device.

    Thinking that we had done a big mistake by buying Hyundai as a product. This is my 1st car which I had purchased in my life.
    Neither I am getting the better service and neither the genuine products.

    Reason to buy this car.
    1. Car is having loads of feature (AVN, AUTO AC, ABS, steering controls)
    2. Less noise inside the cabin.
    3. Spacious from inside.
    4. Good in class milage.
    5. Heared about good service and quality of Hyundai Product.
    6. To have peace of mind after buying new car. Otherwise I could have bought 2nd hand vehicle.

    I need to get rid of this car if HYUNDAI is not able to resolve issues appropriately.
    I was shocked with the service and the coordination your service stations.
    If not able to resolve this problem then there is no need to keep this product for its life.
