Dear sir/madam,
i had bought tata venture gx from fortune dealers (panvel,nerul).i got my delivery on 6th jan 2012.
This vehicle was bought for commercial purpose.my vehicle regd.nos.is mh 46 d 0735 and is t.permit.
Sir/madam from the day of delivery till today i am facing lot of problems with this vehicle.
It has being 4months and 18 days till today i have this vehicle.
From this period nearly 45 days the vehicle has visited to the service centre.
From 13th june till today my vehicle is at standstill.from 18th the vehicle is in service centre.
Before 18th it was lying idle by my home.
Sir/madam i need consumer court to look in this matter as i am occuring loss each and everyday going.
I have to pay my loan and run my family and right now i am stuck with all this.i cannot sleep properly.
I am mentally stressed out.bank with not wait till later they need their money.
