After purchase, initial free services have been completed. When I took the AMC they replaced the candles. During last visit of AMC, he said , he will replace candle if I extend my AMC , or he will charge for the visit. I extended the AMC. He replaced the candles, and again during the last vist of AMC, again he said he will charge the visit, if do not extend the AMC. So as per AMC, he has to do 2 services (including onetime replacement). But every time, I am losing one service. Later

I have paid for three years annual maintenance from 22.02.2009 to 21.02.2012. Customer Code # 1003314947. Receipt # 16505353. First of all they are not providing a card, so that we will not come to when the service is pending. Next they are not following rules and skipping the schedules. Services are third class / bullshit and most of the time we face leakages after service.

Later on only after I called them after an year and half that they came for replacement, which they are supposed to do half yearly. Now that the aquaguard is leaking and I have called up five times and there is no replay. We are purchasing water from outside due to there poor service. Aqua Guard is interested in sales but not services. I suggest that never go for eureka forbes products.

After giving repeated reminders nobody has attainded the request.Is this the service you provide.If you are not able to give good satisfactory services, why the hell you people are selling the items.
