    dear sir/madam
    I purchased LG brand 01 ton window a/c in april/may 2007.I have also purchased 02 years AMC in jul/aug 2010 to look after my product by LG India well.on 11/4/2011,i lodge a complain with lg customer care Noida 120 39010909 vide complain no RNA 1104110308 .The rep of LG India came & took my a/c to their workshop for filling the gas & returned it on 21/4/11.I again noticed that no cooling is taking place & no gas is available in the a/c on 2/5/2011,hence again lodged complain with them on 3/5/2011 vide RNA 110503028977.till to date on 11/5/11 despite of daily reminders & request to customer care/service center Noida and also by mail to their corporate office Greater
    Noida ,i did not receive any communication/service from them.
    sir, this means full month from 11/4/11 to till date i am suffering despite of purchase of AMC for Rs 2700/-
    Therefore kindly do justice with me

    This is mac employee of avis e solutions pvt ltd .i have nine a/c of lg brand all are in under in AMC but i have complaint to customer care but no response. engineers come and told me both are gas problems but till now three days but no any response. engeneers name is shambhu

    Default Service not recd during amc period of lg 22" lcd

    I purchased LG LCD 22' from SALES EMPORIUM(GARIA) ON 29.03.2009.But this Aug this give me some problem.I locked a call through call (No.RNA110810069964)Centre on Aug'11.On 23rd Aug'11 one techiniun (Mr P Nandi-09007004277) comes and Checked.He took his service charge & Call attain charges.But he not provide any receipt for this.He also advice me to do AMC .
    As per his advice i done AMC on 23.8.11.He provide me a temporary cash receipt and take AMC Cheque for Rs.1103.After two three days i am faceing same problem.I called to Mr Nandi and he told me that look this matter.After that his advice I locked a call (No.RNA111013074221).Mr Nandi advice me after verification that Pannen Problem of this LCD.But till now i not get any solution from with him and Mr Roy(9007050318) after 30 times -follow-up.
    CAN I EXPECT SUCH TYPE SERVICE FROM YOUR VALUEABLE ORGANISATION.

    Default LG 1.5ton Window A/c very poor service response

    dear sir/madam
    I have a purchased LG brand 01.5 ton window a/c. i lodge a complain with lg customer care 39010909 vide complain no RNA 120611031320 on 11 Jun 12 . There is no responce from LG till 14 Jun 12. Again we made the complaint no RNA 120617077418 & got the service centre manager no from them, but they are also not keep their words.. today 18 jun again we contact the customer care and got the other person (Shivaji rao no from them) but the result is same , he also not picking his mobile..

    I hope they are not ready to send the person for service, their aim is only to sell the product i belive. Earlier also we made the complain and it has been sortedout with in 1-2 days. but this time even after 8 days non of the service person is coming to attend the complaint.. and i did not receive any communication/service from the call centre.

    Therefore kindly do justice with me

    DEAR READERS, PLS DO NOT BUY ANY LG PRODUCTS.AND DONT SUFFER LIKE ME..

    i have alreday do 3 times complains.....
    I hope they are not ready to send the person for service, their aim is only to sell the product i belive. Earlier also we made the complain and it has been sortedout with in 1-2 days. but this time even after 8 days non of the service person is coming to attend the complaint.. and i did not receive any communication/service from the call centre.

    LG india not attending my window a/c repair in AMC period :we have total LG 6 AC in our hotel.....u do AMC in 3 AC ......since last 1 month i m getting problem in 2 a/c which r under AMC...so i complain in LG help line....they register my complain...and told me that their service will call me with in 24 hours and he will attend my place within 72 hours,...because my place is not in city area .....till now i complain 3 times in LG customer care....every time they told me that their service will call me with in 24 hours and he will attend my place within 72 hours,...i m not getting a single respons from their service man.....i m waiting from last 15 days for their response,,,,,i will never buy LG product in future,,,,,i wana take some legal action against them.....i m suffering from lost because of them....... my details .     Default Pathetic service by LG for A/C

    Purchased LG AC 1.5 tons 5 years ago. Logged a complain with RNA 120630079122. A mechanic came and said that the control panel has gone bad and said it would cost 1300 Rs. We requested him to replace the same. No response for 1 week. Upon follow-up with LG support center we were told that the complain was closed.

    They asked us to log another case. New case number RNA 120707024192. No response for another week and case closed after 7 days. After the third case log RNA 120714082955 received a call from LG repair center (Comfort Point) stating that they do not have the part required and that i could search in the market :-)

    My question to them "what is LG's service policy, how many years do they support their product after the last sale date of a particular model". No answer or response from LG till date.

    Will anyone from LG bother to answer a basic question as above, Pathetic service, appeal to all not to purchase LG products.
