I have taken AMC for my DishTV from MELTEK DTH SYSTEMS 3/2 IT KNOWLEDGE PARK MIDC KHARADI PUNE-14.
DCC CODE-12352
On 6th of august 2011 and is valid till 6th of august 2012.
From day before yesterday (22/11/11)our dish tv is not working and is showing the same message SIGNAL NOT FOUND. so immdiately we gave a complaint by calling their tel no 40720125 repeatedly(no one lifted the phone) they said that they will send the mechanic with in 24 hours.
But no one turned in the next day. So we called them again and asked them why they didnot turn up and they said that they will send, but nobody cameon 23/11/11 also. We waited for one more day and called them again and again today as they are not lifting the phone and atlast we tried another no 40720119 and asked them about the repair they said that their mechanic will turn up in an hour and will call us saying so they took our no but no response till now.
So as a consumer of DISH TV and MELTEK DTH SYSTEMS I want to give a complaint on them for not providing service in time and for not responding.
Please see to the above complaint do the needfull.

I have requsted to deactivate toon mania alacarte and activate pogo. But customer service person didn't deactivated toon mania whereas he activated pogo and other two packs where I just enquired for.
I called today and they deactivated toon mania but didn't deactivated other two packs which I never requested.
Even sajid (customer service) person denied to take request.

My name is Vishal Gupta & had bought the Dish TV setup box (HD) from the local distributor near our home in Pune, Since the day I had bought the dish tv my mental peace has gone for a toss. I could not concentrate on my daily routine work atleast once a week or sometimes 3 -4 days in a Month. Why??
Well the answer is because of Dish tv's pathetic & in unproffessional services. Since the time I had taken the new set up box, each month I am not able to view eaither the HD channels or the normal channels. Each time the so called techencian comes in & gives us the new reasons - would like to share the reasons of technicians -

1) Sir I think your wire is not good, you better change it, My Answer (Ok do it) but please ensure that me & my family can see the channels henceforth.
2) Sir I think your alembic (Transmeter) is damaged. My Answer (Ok do it).
3) Sir I think your dish is not ok.
4) Sir I think your set up box is not placed in a right direction.
5) Sir I think you should change the dish tv.

First I need to call the call centre for the complaint, call centre guys doesnot have any clue but have a patent answer Sir you need to get this thing repaired by the technician (so called) I dont what is the eduacation of the technecian. Then we have to pay Rs 150/- for each visit of a technecian & also for the parts that he is recomending. I think now the spends that I have made on the expences of dish tv is hitting me hard.

Its high time now the (dish tv) team cannot fool us by just playing with our emotions & cant just mentally harrass us.

I need a help from the consumer court to settle this out once & for all.

i advise you please do not take dishtv in future

From dish TV south indian silver package, DD national & DD news channels are missing. It should be our previlage to watch these free to air channel without blockage. These channels needs to be connected ASAP.

Our Dish has not been working since last Saturday. We have already lodged a complaint against our Dish TV but day have not taken any action so far.
