It is not only my problem, it is the common problem for almost all the customers.

They are not maintaing a booking schedules but still they are insisting the customers to book for the service. The service engineers looks like child labourers(mostly they would be of age 12 to 16).

Service is not proper, many times I had to complain for the same problem.

Delivery is a hectic process. They will not take a vechile for service if we come after 9 am(even with a booking receipt). But they will call us to take the delivery, say around 5 pm , and when we reach the center only, they will start preparing the delivery documents and it will take minimum of 1 hour to get it delivered.

I heard many people quarrel with the managers everytime.

They are not valuing customer’s time and money.

I bought my bike for 69K INR but still struggling during each and every service.

We cannot go outside as the original parts will be available only in Honda Service Centers.
Also I had a One year service contract (AMC) with them.

Please do the needful so that it will not only help me but also many other like me who are suffering on dayy to day basis.
