Subject: Replacement of faulty handset under warranty

Grievance:My technical problem is specified below this heading for this I visited the service centre five times and each time they tinkered with the phone doing odd ways to solve the problems like 1). updation of phone software
2). motherboard replacement
Still the main problem hasn't been resolved. Now the service centre is not able to provide proper solution and also not reponding for replacement of handset.

Technical Problem:1. It is with messaging from it ,whenever a message is sent it shows an error message "OUT OF MEMORY" and the process returns to previous menu, although it has more than 5MB of free phone memory
2..The phone sometimes gets auto restarted.
