    I bala babujee , customer of bajaj for the last 32 years . til iam using bajaj chetack with regd.no AP 37 Q 8456. my pulsar no is AP 37 AR 7881 and i purchased krystal vehicle fpr my daugther for the school purpose.

    Some small complaints to my daugthers vehicle.i gave that vechicle to the vijaya vasava motors ,Eluru(job card no 8578)as on dated nov.15.2011.They gave the estimated for the delivery on 30.11.2011.


    The following are the complaints for my vehicle 1)starting problem at morning times
    2)replacement of right chamber
    today(26.11.2011) i get call from service center for delivery of my vehicle.but starting complaint is not rectified.again they need 15 days grace to rectify that complaint

    .please follow up the authorised service center to rectify problem

    my name is M.raghunath and am holding bajaj pulsar 150cc and date of sale is 05-02-11 and the engine number is DHGBTK80008. therefore i hear-by inform you that after the 1st or 2nd general service the engine top has been removed and it was fixed with some glue type and the engine performance has gone down and very important thing is that there was a peculiar sound when the bike has raised to 20-30kms speed. so several times i forwarded the problem to concern service persons but it was not rectified and same has repeated several times. i bought the issue regarding the engine which was fixed by glue and there is very embarrassing response from the concerned persons. now my new bike seems to be very old baby when i see every time. so please can you help me regarding the engine why they need to open and when we bought some notice and still it is repeated several times. its useless every time i gone to service centre. i need serious help or else i want to go with the legal action.

    Default Change the bike or compensate

    Dear Sir,

    I purchased Paltina 125 form the sub dealer of "Krishna Bajaj Auto, Gurgaon" on dt. 25.02.11. Within 02 months there was some problem (I am not a technical person so I cannot tell the exact problem) in the bike and I complaint to Balaj Auto vide complaint no. 72493 dt. 25.04.11. Before that I had shown the bike to the sub-dealer many times for the same problem. Engg. at Krishna Bajaj Auto find that there was some "Manufacturing Defect" in the bike and they replaced the "Clutch Plate Assy." & "Prime Drive Kit Set" (As informed by the engg. at service center). They did not provided any written report for defect and replacement to me. After that I made second complaint on the same above complaint no. 72493 on dt. 28.04.11 and informed them the whole story and also informed that the service center did not provided any written service report to me. After that the engine running is not smooth and it is making noise. My 3rd complaint was on dt. 02.05.11 on above complaint no. for the problem of making noise and engine was not running smooth. The reply from the service center was that it was the actual noise of the engine and they cannot resolve that. Still I was using the bike because the mileage was fine approx. 70 KMPL. After some time I faced the problem of mileage & compression both alongwith engine noise problem. I again made complaint for the same vide new complaint no. 77822. Service enggs solved the problem of mileage but about compression and engine noise, they show me a new bike and compaired with my bike and their final reply was that this is the model problem and this problem is comming in all models of Paltina 125. There was not question at my end and I was silent on this reply. Still I was using the bike because the mileage was fine of 65-68 KMPL. Now the bike is giving all the above mentioned problems of mileage, compression and engine sound.

    First of all, if there was the manufacturing defect in the bike then the bike should be replaced.

    And if the service center says that it is not possible then compensate for the same.

    Further the warranty should be extended (Additional 02 years or 60000 KMS)

    sir,i have bought pulsar 200f on 23rd october 2011 from ( aakash bajaj showroom,villupuram,tamilnadu).when using high beam light the headlight doom gets cracked so i already inform them to change it,the service manager told me to come to showroom to change it within 2hrs then i went there away from 90kilometers but he switched off his mobile and went away from the show room then i try to contact sales manager from phone he didnt give correct response, i think Bajaj donot want a customer saling target have been complete they donot know the customer feelling than close it an sit at home an same think i will mention google front page also see the other customer also and be alert by Bajaj Auto donot purchase bike from Bajaj Company
    i will mention that executive sales manager name is mr.kumar raja and his phone number is 9865252052.
    waste of time,waste of fuel for 200km and also i have hurt by them,lot of customers get same response
    please take necessary action

    Default Bajaj Pulsar engine issue

    My name is Ankur Bagchi from Delhi and I am the proud owner of a 2010 model Pulsar 180cc (DL 8S AU 7915). It was my dream to own a Pulsar 180 ever since it was launched and I was able to fulfill that last year in August.

    In the 14000 kms run together, I have tried to maintain the best practices as I have also taken it out on long trips. On one such trip on November 11, the bike suddenly retarded dangerously a few kms from Kurukshetra and after it stopped, it just would not start. Finding some serious issues I took it to the local authorized service center (Sri Krishna Bajaj, Kurukshetra) where they suggested that the engine has jammed. They informed that some parts need to be changed and as I was on a trip, I was not carrying the service booklet. they themselves checked the tachometer count to be 14000 kms when I let them know that the purchase date is 22 August 2010, yet, the service had to be charged. Moreover, parts for the same service were not available readily so I had to leave the bike in the service center. I came back to Delhi and went to Kurukshetra the next week, i.e. Saturday 19 November. I was not aware of the fact that certain parts of the engine can be serviced under warranty till 2 years or 30,000 kms, which I came to know when I consulted the service booklet after I came back. Neither did the people at Kurukshetra service center inform me about the fact, nor did they suggest me to consult the issue with my regular service center.

    Now on visiting my regular Bajaj service center, they informed me that they cannot do anything about that now when the payment has been made. Now the only party that I had to turn to was Bajaj Auto itself. But they referred the issue to Sri Krishna Bajaj who blamed me for not informing them about the service being under warranty, and they too said that nothing can be done now.

    My question is that, though I was not carrying my service booklet while on a trip, was the authorized service center not supposed to inform me that the service could be done under warranty? Neither did they ask me to bring the service booklet, even though they knew very well that I will be coming from Delhi the next week, nor did they suggest me to have a word with my regular service center for assistance. I believe the information about the service under warranty was my right as a consumer which I was denied and I am demanding an explanation for the same.

    hi i am sunil patel i purchased a new platina 100 cc bike. after we purchased it there is a problem of alignment in that bike. we complained on same day when we came to know about this matter but they told us we solve that problem.Now there is three days to go and still the problem is there though they have changed(repaired) at least 12to13 tyre.All office staff of this dealer are agreed to replace bike but the manager not want to do that so and told us u can do any thing but we can't change bike. you can do any legal work we don't mind, after 12 to 13 time bike was repaired so now i don't want this bike so please kindly reply me what to do. i hope there is satisfied reply by the consumer administrator

    Default selling poor quality and defective product

    Last year December 1, 2011, I purchased this vehicle HONDA UNICORN with Chassis number ME4KC09CKB8167918 and Engine number KC09E6173418 from one of your dealers located at Aluva Kerala named Arya Bhangi Motors with full payment [73000/-].
    I was eagerly waiting for this bike and the very next day after the delivery, I spotted a big dent on the bottom left side of the fuel tank. Paint is chipping out from this dent and it’s really very disgusting. I immediately contacted the Dealer and they told me that they will take appropriate action to rectify this and even after the first Service they haven’t took any necessary action. This doesn’t make any sense.

    Next and very disappointing matter is after completing around 1200 KMS this vehicle turned up to a Crap. It began to make loud noise (Even from 300M the sound makes the bike like 1988 model Indian auto rickshaw) from the Engine side and even at a speed of 58km/hr it gives a tremendous amount of vibration. This is utterly frustrating and again I contacted the dealer and they told me that this vehicle is having some problem with CLUTCH OUTER and GEAR PRIMARY DRIVE. For resolving this problem they need to disassemble the Engine and Gear box. Sorry!!! I am not interested in doing this. I haven’t taken my bike for a ride after this and it is still on my porch for 2 week.

    Finally I have to agree that, they replaced the CLUTCH OUTER & GEAR PRIMARY DRIVE and they called me telling that bike is ready and fully recovered. Next disappointing matter is that after solving these problems the bike is in very poor condition. Bike rides so disgusting; it is rides like a 6 year old bike. The bike doesn’t give any feelings that I am driving a new bike; the gear box behaves like 8 years old.

    can i get my full money back/ can i get a new bike!!!!!!!!!!/ can i get a claim[money]

    i had a complaint agains my bike pulsar 220 wich i purchased on 25th october 2011. it has the problem that it's oil is leaking from the engine i complaint about it after my first service at BAGGA LINK (KAROL BAGH) even though my bike is in warranty but still they charged some money from me saying that some parts are in warranty and some are not but again after a month the same problem has occured and they still want to charge for it and my first and second both the services were from bagga link (karol bagh) but still the oil is keaking again from my bike so please kindly register my problem and take some action against them... my bike number is DL6SAJ 5842 and i purchased it on 24th october 2011.my phone number is 9999688704.kindly take some action against them and solve my problem as soon as possible...

    i m divendu arya s/o abhaya deo from meerut . i bought pulsar 220 on 6-12.2011 from delhi road. i complaind for the silencer of my byk which is in guarntee. the manager take the photos of the silencer nd he ask to change the silencer on the service bt nw they told me to change the silencer by insurance but it is guarntee. sir i dont like the bajaj service , i hv an anoter byk yahma r15 . the yahama is so good . plz solve my problem sir.

    Myself Swarup kumar Das from kolkata-129, I like to inform you that I purchased Bajaj Pulsar 220f from "Vishakam bajaj from Sodepur" .I do not satisfied from bajaj 2 wheeler serviceing from Visakam bajaj for my last 2 free services. They didn't take care while serviceing the bike, after the service the bike can not run well, i inform them about this matter but they can not solved the problem. they given me several date to solve this problem and i also spend my valuable time for this but again & again they cound't look after my problem. my last free service is due and i am very confused that are they solved the problem or not!! so I request you plz lookout this matter.

    Default complaint against bajaj pulsar 135 cc LS

    i have purchased bajaj pulsar 135 cc LS in the year 2010, till that time this bike had given me lots of problem and in addition the service centre always insists to replace the spare parts which also effects my pocket on every servicing.
    in this past 1 and half year my battery got unservicebale and now they say that y chain and socket is also worn out and the same needs to be replaced.
    i have given my bike for 5 days earlier to dissolve all problems and thay only did and temporary solution and returned back my bike to me.
    i have been riding bike for more than 17 years and i have never faced such problems with my old motor cycle.
    this new bike which i have purchased for 62000 rs and till dated i have spend more than 10000 rs on the same.
    i owuld also like to raise my issue with the concerned of bajaj industry that please personally look in this issue and do the needful in this regard.

    Default After delivery Issue

    This complaint is regarding my problem that i faced with Espee Enterprises India, Bajaj Showroom, Haridwar ,Uttarakhand


    I purchased Avenger 220 on 3/5/2012. I am facing following Issue,

    1. I booked my Bike before 1 month, 4th April 2012. They started calling me from 1st of may. and when reached their for delivery, they had only 1 bike, that too standing in showroom.

    2. Its had scratch on whole body. When I asked , they said they will replace the the body part, once new slot arrives. I agreed.

    3. No rear-view mirrors. They said it was broken ,& they will replace the the body part, once new slot arrives. I agreed.

    4. Speedometer was not working. so i had to move to showroom again, they said they don't have wire right now, and i need to come tomorrow.
    5. Next day , The battery was dead, when I reached their , they said i Had to submit the battery as they don't have any charged battery ,in the whole showroom, and need to visit again in evening. when i reached their , they said , i need to visit again, next week,once the new slot arrives, because they don't have my battery anymore.


    After paying that much amount , its really disappointing, that you have to visit the showroom, every next day. It was completely unexpected from Bajaj ,and I am planning to visit consumer forum.
