Royal Engineers
Dear Sir/Mam,
This is to inform you that I Kaustav Chattopadhyay, had bought a Standard Bullet 350CC bike from the state of Andhra Pradesh from a delaer called "Royal Engineers".
It has been only (3) days that the new bike was brought home from the the showroom after their so called 'Quality Check' was done and since then it has not been a pleasent experience. The bike has got several problems.
It wouldn't start on the first point, secondly on the very next day after the purchase was made "Horn" stopped working and several others like these.
Last afternoon I took this bike back to the showroom and asked them to do a check, where they even refused to check my bike saying that it was the problem with my riding the bike and because of the winter season that the bike was not normal.
Today morning after my shift got over at 2.30 am in the morning there has been a severe problem that has started, the brand new bike wouldn't even start after my couple of friends and tried for almost an hour we had to finally give up because we analysed it's a electrical failure somewhere inside the bike that's causing the problem and why I say this is because now even the lights wouldn't work.
I had written an email to the "Cutomer Care" department of Royal Enfield, and I have not yet received any response from their end.
I will also attach a couple of instance basically email exchanges that my friends and I had with the Royal Enfield group, complaining about the dealer "Royal Engineer".
