Sir/ Mam,
I am really dissapointed with the after sale service of honda showroom in dhanbad, Jharkhand. I had purchased Honda Aviator ( JH 10Q 4659) from Gopalka Honda, Dhanbad. Few months before I had complete service of my engine. My engine was opened by the showroom as my silencer was broken. Even for the engine packing I had to run for 5 months in the showroom. But again I am having problem with my engine. There is no pick up in the engine now. The scooty cant even go more than 40kmph now. It has been almost everytime that after servicing the scooty gets out of order within a month and I am again charged for the same. Since the scooty was running without the silencer for 5 months as no parts were available in the showroom the dust particle entered and made scratch in the piston of my engine.
I thus request you to kindly look into the matter and see the past history of my scooty in the showroom and suggest me what to do now. Looking forward for your positive reply.
