my mobile is not working at properly when using to touch screen, like any type of work on screen does not work.
plz give me solution

sir. maine kuch din pahle hi 2 karbonn A9 mobile patna BIHAR se purchase kiya tha. par 1st day se hi dono hi mobile me problems hai.. maine pahle bhi Karbonn A1 use kiya tha par usme koi problem nai tha. par A9 ke dono mobile me problem hai,1st to ye ki isme koi gmail id add nai hota hamesa wrong user id or password batata hai. iske liye mujhe dono mobile ke liye new email id create karna para....2nd ye ki isme incomeing call ya out going call karne par isse iske screan ka light off ho jata hai or ON nai hota hai... baat to ho jata hai par iske baad ham isme kuch nai kar pate na call ko kaat sakte hai na ki iska koi bhi buttm kaam karta hai na hi screan respoance deta hai... har baar call hone ke baad isko hamesa direct se iska batry open karna parta hai.....ye problam mere dono hi mobile me hai.. main koi bhi mobile use nai kar pa raha hu is problem ke karan....maine pahle bhi karbunn ka mobile use kiya hai or isi belive se maine A9 liya hai... please mere is mobile ko change karke diya jaye... contact- 9430066668,9852337510e-mail- akashdip09@gmail.com

Maine 15 days pahale hi Carbon A9 Noida se liya tha but baat krte time ye sleepm moad me chal ajata hia and finly ya to baitry open krna pdta h ya phir kisike miss call ka intjar krna pdta h
this is very bad feedback for this phone

I brought a karbon A1 mobile 3 months" back but now it is not working .I think their is some problem in the ,mobile.
Eg

I ahve baught A9 model of KARBONN mobile,Over all features are good but its not user friendly. I make a call n mobile set is goto sleeping mode. Lot of problem in oprating this phone after every call battery has been removed.pls resolve this problem othervise I have opt other option--------- consumer court or...........

Hii, I purchased A9+ 4 days back. cell is getting hang when I go to the main menu, and also phone is getting struck so many times, so kindly inform me what to do next

I have brought this mobile one month before used it for 10 days I had been facing auto-rotate problem then gave it to the service center for 23 days before still no sign about customer satisfaction so bad please tell me what can i do . now i am without any mobile help me

Take it as a warning or an Advice.
I suggest don’t buy Karbonn Mobiles. It’s not that the Mobiles are bad, the Karbonn Mobiles are very good, I am using Karbonn A9 however post sales services are PATHETIC (Pathetic is an underestimation, but I can’t find a better word) you don’t find accessories for Karbonn Mobiles, Service Centres are very few and the best part is; if you end up damaging or have some problem with your Karbonn Mobile most often you will find yourself chasing Service Centre, Customer Care and they don’t care for their Customers, not at all.
I knew the services aren’t good but with a hope that I will find good people around and a hope that I won’t need to reach to them I bought Karbonn however I end up damaging the display and rest is story that I don’t even want to think of.

So if you want peace of mind, I suggest don’t buy Karbonn Mobiles for the sake of their pathetic customer service.

I bought Karbonn A18 some 15 days back,now i am facing problem with G-sensor.The G-sensor works with only Camera and it dosen,t work with other applications.
