I purchased a black berry phone as a birthday gift for my wife from Buzz retail India pvt ltd, E-558,palam Extention Sector 7 ,DWARAKA, DELHI.
the phone was purchased on the 30 of June and i have been running to this shop ever since then.
the problem i face is the keypad lock button fails to operate after 3-4 hours of use and the whole key pad is dead.
i took it back to the store and the sales person opened the phone cover and re installed the battery and promised
it will work fine. the phone was okay for a few hours and repeated with the same problem again.
i went back to the store again and he again re installed the battery and made some corrections which did not
help either. when i approched him again he said this is a defective piece you will have to visit the service center
and get a phone dead certificate and then i can replace it with in a period of 15 days.
I just cant take time of from work and am very annoyed as this brand new phone of blackberry has turned me down.

I am really surprised at the behavior of black berry staff who can sell a defective phone and just shrug their shoulders of
i think this is worst example of ethics i have ever seen of selling a defective phone and making you run around to get it replaced
plus the personal loss due to a defective phone in hand making you handicap.
Will the concern authorities take any action.
