My name is Syed Ameer.

One of the APPCO Marketing agent came to my mother's work place and explained about the new reliance bigtv offer ( All chanellls free), they gave couple of the contact numbers which never worked. Her name was T. UMA from APPCO marketing agency. She took 2600 cash for Reliance HD DTH and informed us that one of the Reliance engineer would come to address withing in 7 working days, this was on 27/10/2011. Till now no one has turned up. We have been trying the contact details provided, no one picks up the call. THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE FRAUD.

Please can some one help in this regards and help me how to proceed fur

The cheque encashed from my bank by month end of Oct' 2011 by some other agency called Appco Marketing india Pvt Ltd and till date no one has come to fix the connection.

I have tried to contact Ms.T.Uma on his mobile numbers but she is not picking up the phone.

I here by requesting you to refund my money or connect the Big TV connection within 7days from the date of receipt of this e mail.

Failing which i shall be filling a written complaint against your company and your agency in the consumer court or any other court.

On 09th June 2012, a young man entered my flat naming Sh. B Nuthan Prashanth from M/s APPCO group india requesting me to take Reliance Digital TV Connection for my home. Reliance the big name, I have not hesitated to pay him immediately a cheque of Rs 2590. He promised me that the dish connection will be installed maximum in 5 to 7 days. He has given me order copy no. Apr 136887. For the last more than one month, I am calling them to install the connection but all is in vain. Twice their service engineer called me that we will be doing at 4 PM and I rushed from the office to be present at my home for installation, but to my surprise nobody came. After that I called the APPCO personals but no positive reply. They have wasted my time and energy.

In my life span, I can tell you this is the worst company I have seen in my life. I would have received more than 20 confirmation calls for installation and they will take the complaint for the same but in the end no result. I know this email have no result, but my last try.
