Harassment By HDFC Bank in CIBIL Report due to wrong statements and interest etc., i compel to lodge a T.S. No. 3858 dt.:- 17-08-2009 in the court of the City Civil Ld. 7th, Judge at Calcutta.
The bank is yet to fight in the court but they have given intentionally wrong information to CIBIL against my pancard to harass me.
Please help me in this issue against the wrongful act by the bank.
