I have booked a 3 bed room flat at Kasaisles flat no. KSI-7/2201 at Jaypee Green Noida.
My customer id is JGN KSI 072201
Application No. 9648
The booking amount paid by HDFC Bank Jamshedpur Branch cheque no. 430518 dt. 8.7.2011 amount is Rs. 3.0 Lakhs
( Three Lakhs only )

Due to some of my personal problem I do not want to continue this flat and requesting the Jaypee Management
through repeated e-mail and with my personal visit at their office at Noida to transfer my this booking amount
in my earlier booked Keingston Boulevard flat no. KBA - 12/401

At this moment the management is not agree to transfer the amount although both the flat being constructed by the same group of management.
Apart from this the Jaypee Management ask me to give penalty for not remiting the instalment as per schedule.

On the above circumtance I sincerely reuqest you to kindly look into the matter so that my booking amount can adjust in my earlier flat and I may not penalised.

Hope, you will certainly do something for me.
