Dear Sir,

My name is Satender Kumra, i have submitted my mobile Micro max M2 (Job sheet No N030650-1011-281959) on 18 oct 11. in micromax service center which is at Lajpat Nagar in Delhi(Technocare), and they told me that within a 2 weeks they will replace it and will give me new/Replacement, now its more than 1 month yet they have not return it to me,yesterday when i went there they told me"we can't say anything when your mobile will come",what this mean???? don't we have value for our money and time..... so i request you to take strict action against micro-max..................

i am kunal rana live in baroda, i parches a micromax x265 handset on 10/12/2010, and some day ago my mobile phone warranty is over and last 5 days my mnmomobile have some error ( white display, and hang a phone ) my frnd have same phone and his handset have same problem but his phone on warranty period but sir i buying phone not a use and throw in a year sir pls do good answer pls.......

admin,Iam gurleen kaur from patiala.i purchased micromax X550 QUBE... nd i found mobile was defective .we purchase it on 30-7-2011.and within a week we have to contact to shopkeeper again.. we faced problem in itss charging..many times we took the phone to care centre ,they repair it but we do not find any effective result. now after six months itss battery damaged.and we approach service centre in patiala which is at 21 number phatak,patiala..they are not attending us properly.it has been over a week they donot give any new battery,and not cooperating with us properly... thank you admin.. please help

i had given my Micromax Q7 model mobile for repairing to authorized service center "Raj Mobile", Vashi, Navi Mumbai on 21.1.2012. Request no. is W0304200112-558321. R1201FM0612895. I haven't yet received any call from them and now i heard that this service center is closed last month. When I called up 9987898447(Raj mobile), person said my mobile is given to company i do not have. kindly advise what to do.
