I am your customer since last one decade having 2 mobiles. But since i have transferred my pre -paid ...to post paid i am suffering due to disconnection of late payment ...........even after paying the due amount my mobile is not restored. No 9822341817. Hence i think your services are is not satisfactory. If it is not restored within 24 hrs. I am going to switch over to another company.

I had changed service provider from DOLPHIN TO IDEA.

You had allot me SIM NO.89917999041289664704.

But till now my out going calls are not active. If there is a problem to for activation, then why you change my service provider DOLPHIN.

Kindly activate my SIM card otherwise i will go to consumer court.

This is for your kind information that I Biplob Bag was an user (Mobile No. 7890138037) of your service finally wish to port out from your service. I wish to once again intimate you my complaint. My complaint are as follows:

On 28/07/2012 at 7:19 p.m. I got an SMS that My request for cricket monthly pack has been processed and would be activated soon. After that on same day at 7:19 p.m. I got an another SMS confirming that Rs 5 has been deducted from my balance. On next day i.e., 29/07/2012 again I got an SMS confirming that Rs 5 has been deducted from my balance. After that on 29/07/2012 I talked to your customer care Executive and told that I have not at all requested for any kind of cricket monthly pack and obviousy your customer care Executive denies my complaint. Then I request for PORT OUT from your service. On 31/07/2012 I got a call from your customer care Executive and wanted to know that why am I wanted to port out from your service. After listening from me she confirm that my deduction would be credited to me i.e., Rs. 5 x2 = Rs. 10 would be credit back to my balance. Till date i.e. today 08/08/2012 only Rs 5 has been credited back to my balance, instead of Rs. 10.

This experience is not expected from such a renowned group like you. Mind it there are TRAI whom I can seek for justice.

However, I have waited 7 days after your reward from since after talked to your customer care Executiveand finally I have decided to port out from your service.

DEAR SIR

i have bought new idea sim card from tohfa mobile shop,ankur char rasta,naranpura,ahmedabad-380013,gujarat,india on 6th august 2012worth rs 10+945+30=985.first i have recharged 945 unlimited 3g internet but it wasn't activated on my mobile.The number is 9723714508.but ithe net wasn't working on my cell so i call the customer care no 12345 and talked to MR.KIRAN SOLANKI .He has just set my internet settings manually by giving me instructions.and then i switched off the mobile(NOKIA LUMIA 610).and started the 3g services. But it was charged on my main balance throw the skim was activated after calling to the idea care and then i used the servuce about half an hour by then the internet was suddenly switched off without any instruction.So I went to the idea store,opp.Havmour restaurant . navrangpura ,ahmedabad customer adviser ordered me to do recharge of RS 30 so I have recharged the simcard worth Rs 30 and gave the mobile to solve this issue.she has opened the cnn app on my mobile and watched videos online and then she checked the main balance it was used by her Rs 24 and then i requested to return the balance she denied me to do that and she told another man in his office to check the problem he has told me that i have used the internet plan on my mobile which was 6 GBs .But it is not possible to me to use 6 GB because the internet was started at 1 pm and stopped at 2 pm i have just used only almost half an hour.




SIR I AM VERY THANKFUL TO YOU IF YOU CAN SOLVE THIS ISSUE BECAUSE I AM THE STUDENT OF THE FY BE COMPUTER STUDENT AND INTERNET IS VERY A USEFUL THING TO ME

i am receiving planty of ad msgs and "radio mircbi" is regularly dducting charges. I had earlier complained about this and it was temporarily stopped. Now again i am receiving msgs and radio mirchis deduction continues. Pls stop ad msgs and deeuction of any nature.

I HAD APPLY FOR POSTPAID TO PREPAID FOR MY IDEA NUMBER ON SATURDAY 11.08.2012 TO LAJPAT NAGAR BRANCH, AS PER THEM SAME WILL BE ACTIVATED BY MONDAY HOWEVER SAME HAS NOT BEEN TILL DATE.wHILE ASKING THE STATUS FROM CUSTOMER CARE AT 9891012345 THEY ARE JUS GIVING THE DETAILS THAT WE DONT HAVE DETAILS OF THE SIM TALK TO POSTPAID AND PREPAID, I DONE BOTH AND GETTING THE SAME RESPONSE.

tHIS IS BEEN PATHETIC SERVICE BY THESE CUSTOMER CARE, THEY JUS DONT KNOW ANYTHNG AND SITTING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE , WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE DOING IF CUSTOMER HAS TO VISIT THE BRACH FOR KNOWING THE STATUS AS WELL.

actually i got call from idea he told me that " u will get a discount 60rs on your every bill for 12 months" but he dont tell me the charges for the activation for this service and while i got bill in this it include service charge rs 500 so i dont want this service and i also want waiever of rs 500 if i should not get waiever then i have to discotinues your service.
