my mobile no 9785727772 in the name of sunil kumar. today i recived a message, i try to cancel the message but message is hanged. after some time i recived a new message i.e you activated cbc breaking news. I immediately deactived this facility. but i regret to inform you that Rs. 30/- deduct from my balance. please look into the matter and credit the deducted amount.

I am very disappointed by such a irresponsible activity.My balance has been deducted for Magic SMS service for which I never applied.On asking the resolution of problem and refund,customer care executives are irritating me.Should i change the connection?

hello this is girish i was using spice prepaid and now it is idea network ...i was happy to use from last more then years with number 9844349137 .now i have applied for transfer from prepaid to post paid and one of the executive from idea came and gave me new SIM and said that with the same existing number i can switch over to post paid from prepaid bypaying 300 ruppe as deposite .it was done on 2/01/2012.
from last two days my existing prepaid SIMis blocked and also new SIM is not active when i spaek to concern person from Bangalore idea office they said activation is done but when i call to idea call centre they claim that my number is updated to post paid but it is not active .
now agin when i try to call bangalore Idea office they say it is done from our side and now they are not receving my call.
can some body help me to who i must contact to resolve this as i have this number from long time and all transcation are with this number now it will be worst to do change my number
is this IDEA people are worst working company or people dont have any responsibilty for taking care of their coustmer
i had very bad expirence from past two days iam not sure what is stopping in activating my number to post paid when it is form same network
i hope some resolve this issue

deduction of 50 rs in a single day, and subsequent even after 7 visits to idea customer care center my complaint was not attended to, which you claim to solve in 48 hours. 50 rs were deducted from my balance on 13 january and subsequently 3 rs everyday is deducted.my no is 9767886807.

Number Portability I am trying to port my number from Idea to some other network from the past 2 months. But nothing happened..!!!! I got the portability code, I submitted my documents, did every possible thing! But Idea is not ready to disconnect my service and that is why I am not able to switch my network! Its been 2 long months and now I am frustrated! Please hellppp..!!

Regarding deduction of balance R/s, on 20 feb 2012 at 06:55 pm i recharge my no. 8308540959 by rs.98 (for internet). Just after that recharge i got a msg on 20 feb 2012 at 08:00 pm that " your rs.169 is deducted for use of gprs ". Just after that i call to idea to idea customer care (no. 12345) on 20feb,2012 at 08:22 pm to get my balance back of rs.169 which is deducted even i purchase a recharge of rs.98. At that time 'sunil patil' was on call and he said that " your deducted balance of rs.169 will return to you within 24 hours ". But my balance not returned to me. Then on 21 feb, 2012 at 10:32 pm i again call to customer care (no. 12345) at that time mohd. Abram was on the call he also said that " your deducted balance of rs.169 will return to you within 24 hours ". Then also my balance is not returned to me. Then keep calling the customer care no.12345 & 198 at till dated 26 feb, 2012. Between this duration i talk to sahebrao, deepak dorle, etc. All this personnel said that " your deducted balance of rs.169 will return to you within 24 hour. Till now my balance is not returned. So, i request u sir please return my balance of rs.169 thanks & regard m. Gupta

My call is barred Sir,
I am Srikanth Reddy N. I am using my idea mobile no 9912861519(Andhra Pradesh) since last three years and my idea number is not working since 13-03-2012...... no call is being dialled or received and I am unable to contact costomer care from my number. But I hAVE SUBMITTED THE DOCUMENTS TO THE RETAILER on 17-03-2012.
Please solve the the issue early as soon as possible.
