Sir,
Having the mobile lost from my pocket while travelling ( missing from my pocket which must be only pick pocketing or in other words stolen), the reply got fropm M/s. oriental Insurance Co. is very disgusting where they say that I have not established or proved that the mobile was lost due to theft or stolen. How they can say that that the mobile was not stolen. I want the clear clarification about this and M/s. Oriental insurance Co. has to answer for this.

I B.Vishnu Vardhan lost my cell phone of model samsung I9100 galaxy S II withIMEI no - 358848049255482 on 29th of september 2011 which was insured by yourcompany. I had lodged a complaint and submitted all the required documents toyour company for claiming the insurance. But there is no response till dated.No futher information or assistance has been provided by your people of thecompany in receiving my pay towards the loss. So I have taken legal action andsent legal notice to your company's manager for which I received theaknowledgement. The due date for response was a week. Though it's already tendays past no proper action has been taken. So going forward I would be suingyou people in the consumer court. I have heard a lot of you being the cheatersand doing fraud by making false promises and statements. If you still do notrespond then we would also be going to the press and the media. Please find theattached documents with the respective aknowledgement and respond, whichotherwise would be very seriously damaging your reputation if your truly have any.

sir me to aapka pura nam bhi nahi janta ye to net pe search karke aap ko mail bhijvva raha hu sir jaisa maine aaj likha he vaisa hi maine kam se kam 4 se 5 bar lekhit me aapke office me bhijvaya he aur sayad vo meri file me bhi aapko dekhne ko milega.

I have one family mediclaim policy vide no: 2011/3078 in Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. and policy opening date was 23/03/2011. Unfortunately my wife met an accident on 13/08/2011 and accordingly a Intimation letter was sent to the Branch Manager , Oriental Insurance Company Ltd., Bongaigaon, Assam on 23/08/2011 . Again,I have submitted the bill along with Original medical expenditure voucher on 22/11/2011 to the Branch Manager,OIC Ltd. Bongaigaon (Assam)
But till to date no any correspondence made from the oriental insurance company limited , Bongaigaon . Should I not entitled to get the claim ? If not ,give me the reason behind this except otherwise I shall be compelled to take the Legal procedure .

mera ek hi problem he ki maine aapke agent pe vishvas kiya lekin mere saath vishvas ghat hua. sir pls tell me ki me late intimation diya yani me mujrim ho gaya abar bhul hui he to forget nahi kar sakte kya aap log ek chance bhi kisiko nahi de sakte sidha mar hi dalte ho kyoki muje har mr hitesh bhai ye kehte he ki aapka claim reject kar diya he aur aapko claim ki rakam nahi milegi, lekin aaj tak muje koi bhi reject claim ki notice bhi nahi mili he iska matlab ye hi hua ki aap bhi mujrim ho aur aap ko bhi saja milni chahiye me ye keh nahi raha hu sirf jo aapka vartan mere pe ho raha he sirf uska reply de raha hu bura mat maniyega. sir aap ki company 8 month tak reject notice nahi bhej sakti muje tajub ho raha he ki aap log bhi itna delay karto ho aur hum logo late intimation ka shikar banato ho. aaj 26/04/2012 ki bhi meri hitesh bhai se baat hue aur aaj bhi unhone muje yehi bat batae ki me apne boss se aapke liye positive bat karunga bas itna keh kar phone kat kar diya. bas yehi aapki responsibility he sir.aap jante he mere paas oriental ki medical policy bhi he aur vo bhi pure family ki me har sal 2.5 lacs ka premium bhar raha hu sir me koi chor nahi hu but mere se ek galti ho gai aur aapne muje fasi jaisi saja de di. mera sara document bhi date wise he lekin fir bhi aap sir log meri request man nahi rahe ho sir.

aur sir mere se likhavat me koi galti ho gai ho to please sorry sir pls forget me.

dear sir my self shivam monga i got my bike parts changed because i met with an accident i had insured my bike to ur company but i recived less amount this msg is to tell u that the survey done for my bike was not taken right, my insurance plan is full insurance on plastic parts but the survyer has wrongly wrote the 50 percent for the plastic parts because of that i got only 12000 but i have to got 18000 to 19000 and i paid full amount to the company that is amrit motors on gill road so i want you to forward this complaint to u senior and please contact me on 9781522220

D/S, This is bring to your kind notice that I have submitted claim through my agent in the month of June for an amount of Rs.60000/- but till date I have not received any payment. Further I have issued blank crossed a/c payee cheque in fabour of oriental insurence co. in the month of march 2012. through my agent but till date I have not received any receipt or policy document for the same.please look into this matter and solve my problem as early as possible.
