    Default immoral laundering from ordinary citizen by Standard Charted Bank.

    It was very painful illegal and immoral incidents from Standard Charted Bank and which one heavily affected and created more mental agony to me. I have a credit card from SCB since 2001 and made to use and repay for the amount up to 2003.

    Due to my inability to repay my credit amount around Rs.20000/-, now I refer my credit score in cibil was totally deteriorated due to the unfair action by SHAHA FINLEASE, Mumbai (The ARC of SCB) was posted The credit amount due from me is more than 6 lakhs, even though the principal amount written-off by SCB for the amount Rs 26160.
    When I was contacted Shaha Finlease to get the information to clear my querry but one of the people told to clear all my due by Rs650000/ otherwise waiver the interest and the principal as Rs 250,000/-.

    To-day I was received demand legal notice from the Lawyer of Shaha Finlease for demanding large quantum of amount from me (Legal notice attached for your perusal)

    I felt very shock and how the amount of credit card around Rs.20000/-become Rs.650000/-in Ten years even though no one can't contacted to recover their dues.

    I seek your answer for my question that the Principal amount even though written-off by SCB AND how the recovery agent have a power to collect the principal dues along with large volume of interest levied.

    I seek your valuable guidance how to make exit this type of fraudulent demand from the collecting agency and to repair my credit rates in CIBIL.

    We are concern with our client M/s Shaha Finlease Pvt. Ltd. having its registered Office at Plot No. 17/9, MIDC Taloja, Tal Panvel, Dist, Raigad, Navi Mumbai - 410208, do hereby issue this notice, the contents you may kindly note:


    • Our client states that you have approached M/s Standard Chartered Bank (hereinafter referred as “SCB”) with a request for availing above mentioned Credit Card facility(s). On your said representations and request, SCB has issued to you the above mentioned Credit Card Facility(s).

    • You have also executed several documents in favour of SCB along with personal guarantee in favour of SCB for the due repayment of utilized credit limit under above stated Credit Card Facility(s).

    • You have availed the said facility(s) to its fullest extent but with utter malafide intention neglected to repay the same on due dates.

    • Our client states that SCB vide a Deed of Assignment dated 09.02.2010, inter alia, assigned, sold, transferred and released the entire debt payable by you under above mentioned Credit Card Facility(s) along with security interest and underlying-security therein in favour of our client.

    • As per the terms of Deed of Assignment dated 09.02.2010 SCB has transferred/ assigned its debt recoverable from you under the above mentioned Credit Card Facility(s) in favour of our client. In view of assignment of debt and incidental rights thereto our client has become the owner of the debt recoverable from you.

    • Our client further states that in lieu of said Deed of Assignment our client have sole right of collecting and enforcing the payment of Debt from you under above mentioned Credit Card facility(s).

    • Our client states that in spite of repeated request and reminders by the officials of our client you have failed to pay the dues and/or regularize the account maintained by you. Our client states that there is an amount of Rs.682000.50p is due and payable by you under above mentioned Credit Card facility(s) to our client.

    • Our client further informs you that your above accounts have also been assigned to our client’s external associates for liasoning with you for payment of dues.

    In the circumstances, our client has instructed us to call upon you which we hereby do, to pay to our client, the above mentioned outstanding amount along with the interest @2.95% p.m. till realization of the amount within 7 days from receipt of this notice, failing which we have been peremptorily instructed to adopt appropriate legal action in the form of both civil and criminal proceedings which includes proceeding under the Negotiable Instruments Act, as well and under the Indian Penal Code, Criminal Procedure Code and the Civil Procedure Code, which is without prejudice to our client’s rights in the matter and for the costs and consequences thereof, you shall alone be liable, which please note with care and caution.

    Default ATM card blocked

    Dear Sir,

    My Bank of India ATM card was found blocked since last month.
    When I contacted the concerned branch at BOI ,Chikunda ,Dist- Dhannbad , Jharkhand I was asked to apply for new PIN , which I applied immmediatly.
    Till date there is no intimation regarding new PIN to be issued by bank.

    Unhappy complaint towards his manager rules on the job

    sir i have a big question can managing director and resident manager of the firm make orally decision if it is related to his employee....because sir where i am working currently there my managing director and resident manager of residency sarovar portico hotel, is tell that your cloth which you are provided on the job its amount is deducted from your salary.....can you tell me sir it is correct behavior of my director and manager towards his employee.....they are also stopped the salary of the employees if they are not follow there orally rules.....sir i got joining letter and appointment letter but in that there is nothing is related to my cloth amount deduction and provident fund related.....


    so i have an humbled request to you sir please do some for me and my employees which is also have an same problem in this organisation......please take some strict or very rude action on this hotel because he do only his commercial bussiness not for employees awareness......

    I am running a NRE ACCONT NO 23391 with Sirkali - I.O.B. Recently I came to know that two withdrawals from my alone said account Date is 26.04.2013 – Rs 4000,25.05.2013 – Rs 2000, are made using withdrawal slips which I didn’t sign. This, I came to know when I had the passbook entry. About this, when I asked the concerned branch manager, & he didn’t answer to my satisfaction. Hence this refer to you please do the needful and restore my amount. We expect your immediate action.

    Post Need Help

    My Name Bimla Devi.Having Saving A/C numer No- 3204101001910 Canara Bank in Mughalsarai. I make Transaction with Canara Bank ATM on 20/11/2013.I Tried to draw Rs. 10000/- From my Account on 20/11/2013 all process took as usual but befour issuing the money , the ATM Display your Transaction failded. I was not even issues a Transaction Slip.ATM Machine could not give any amount and Rs. 10000/- Rupees has been debited My Account.I also Get SMS your account no xxxxxxxxxxxxx1910 is debited with Rs. 10,000/ on 20/11/2013 Towards ATM cash withdrawal.
    I have Complaint to the Canara bank. but Canara bank employee Said they cannot do anything. Then I m Go Canara bank branch manager .He say Call customer Care...

    So I Request you to please take this Letter Seriourly and I just Need your Help.....

On Dec 23,2013 I transacted for withdraw Rs.1500 by Corporation Bank ATM Due to no availability of PNB BANK ATM over there.But i dint receive my Amt.Again same time same ATM i did balance inquiry and in balance my Rs.1500 had been deducted.I Lodge my complaint in customer care(complaint id-60780794) But they rejected my complaint.And my branch manager is not giving me any right information.Please help me.

    Angry illegal information loaded in cibil and misused the documents

    initially i have submitted my documents to HDFC bank with an intention for loan. but latter i cancelled it before it was passed. And the concerned bank authority assured me about the cancellation of the loan. But recently 6 months back it was put to my knowledge, that their is a loan on my name and documents (which i submitted initially to bank but didn't got back).because of this reason, all other official bank works (credit card, loan etc) are refused. please guide me how to proceed further legally against the bank for such immoral act.

    Angry UBI Bank Education Loan- Not Giving Full Interest Subsidy even after Govt. Order

    I have taken a loan from the UBI, Chandrabani Branch Dehradun. At the time of loaning they didn't ask me for any Income proof of my father or bank statement and not even they informed me regarding the Govt. Order of Full Interest Subsidy for the students whose fathers are having less than 4.5 lacs annual income. After few months, I got informed by one of my friends who also had taken a loan from SBI and was getting full interest subsidy as per the Govt. Order. The I asked to the Bank staff, they were asked for the Govt. Order and tried to ignore this. After that I search on internet and downloaded that Govt. Order and submitted there at bank, then Mr. Manager said "I need to verify this, may be this subsidy is only for SC or ST students" after few days when I didn't got any response from there, then I sent a complaint to the Bank online, they also were trying to make me fool. After that online complaint I received a response from Manager that you need to submit your father's Income proof, on behalf of that I submitted Last 3 year ITR of my father. After submission I received a reply that you need to submit Govt. authorized certificate. I did not have any issue in submitting the certificate but the issue is "Why they are informing in installments, is their branch Manager is ill-literate, don't have any knowledge regarding this."
    After 1 or 2 months when my father got his Govt. authorized certificate then I submitted it to the Bank and online also, and now a amazing thing happened with me that I received a reply from bank customer online service that the certificate is not govt. approved, I also have the print out of that conversation. These things were conveying that they are trying to ignore this. And till now I didn't received any reply from Branch Manager after submitting Govt. Authorized Income Certificate. Now File a Case against Union Bank of India in Consumer Court is the last option for me and want to ask many questions to Bank's officers.

    Default Icici bank credit card - 5006

    Dear Sir,

    I have used a Credit Cars of ICICI Bank before 6 to 7 Years & My last payment is Rs. 1600 /= against the This Card in Year 2010. & After this payment my outstanding ware fully paid. No phone calls from ICICI BANK to me to 3 years.

    But before 3 days, I received a phone call from phone No. 011 45969605 {Ms. Pooja}, from ICICI BANK , Videocon Tower Branch,/ or on behalf on ICICI Bank, She told me there are some outsanding {Rs. 13906 / = } on my card, which I was paid in year 2010. I have all the statements of Purhcase Against this Card & payment Receipts also.

    Now I want to compain in consumer court against ICICI Bank to know the Reasons that, Credit Cards, which I never used since last 4 to 5 years, how the outstand amt. reflect in the Statements of Cards.

    Please advise....?

    Angry Complain for scam and cheating by SBI ATM

    ATM service provider company & ATM Dept of SBI involved in scamming & corruption. Some ATM of SBI not in order and it should remove from service but all happening with the help of ATM dept of SBI. May be some time, you can not get cash but your balance will deducted. After complain ATM Dept will reply that I have contacted with ATM company ( NCR) and your transaction was successful. So beware, when you use SBI ATM,you also may be victim of
    this SCAM and CORRUPTION. I am already a victim of it fighting for my Amount Rs.10,000
