    Sir, in affordable housing scheme housing board allotted me one MIG -A flat in above scheme ,sir we have approached to your Bhiwadi br. on 5-10-2011 that day they advised us to contact after 10 days today we have contact your br at Bhiwade and request him to sanction our housing loan but they refused and said that we are not going to sanction in that place we are only sanction LIG and other small house we request him when you are sanctioning for LIG house what is the problem for MIG-A house,sir affordable housing scheme is a govt scheme and only your bank can sanction loan in that scheme other bank advice us to contact only Union bank of india(your bank )sir it is very problem for me if you are not sanction my loan and it is quite impossible for weaker person to take house and when GOVT giving house kindly instruct your Bhiwade br for loan in this Govt scheme

    Default not getting back money from the atm

    I feel very sorry to inform you that I am an account holder of Union Bank of India, Raebarelli Branch. My Account number is 302402010992787. I used my ATM card no. 4213683024015990 to withdraw money amounting Rs. 15,000/-on 26.12.2011 at 12.54p.m.in the ATM situated in front of the Union Bank of India, Yashoda Nagar Branch, Kanpur. But the machine didn't send any money. It send the receipt in which it was clearly written that 15,000 rupees has been credited from my account. I went to the branch manager, he said fill the complaint form and submit, you will get the money back within 7 days. But I am sorry to inform you that till date the money has not been credited to my account. kindly look into the matter and do the needful and oblige.

    What is the procedure to reactivate my internet banking.

    Unhappy Query related - b/t of loan form ubi to axis bank

    Dear team,

    i am having home loan from union bank of india ,retail asset branch,ahmedabad since june 2011.now i would like to transfer my home loan to union bank of india to axis bank. I have called at customer care before 15 to 20 days back regarding balance transfer the customer care person had told me that there is no balance transfer charges into your home loan if i transfer loan form ubi to axis.

    There are lots of query in my loan that i have added my email id but it was not updated .i have also added my mobile no at the time of loan account opening but the same was not updated and again the above mentioned query raised and for that i have to pay 34000/-.

    Is this my mistake to take loan from union bank of india or it is the process of generated revenue form the customer ?not a single bank will charged for b/t if customer will request.

    Being a banker of axis bank i am not bleaming the bank but we all are in service industies and if one customer will suffer it will not given referance of ubi to others.

    Now when i went to loan dept of ubi retail asset team they said that there is 2% for closure charges of 12 month out standing emi.

    Why the communication from customer care person and locak ubi retail asset team have differ?

    I want clerification for the same.

    Request you to please reverse the said charges applicable for b/t of my account from ubi to axis.

    Default For TDS Certificate

    Respected Sir,
    My complain is i have several FDR's/CDR with your bank UPRHB. Branch, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. i am continuasly requesting than to issue me the Income Tax Deduction Certificate of my FDR's for the financial year 2010-2011 but with no result all the time they reply that the computer i not generating the above certificate resulting with no submission of my Income Tax returns in time, causing me having financial problem & till date i did not get my certificates.
    So please look in the matter & to the need full.

    I hold the above savings bank account with Union Bank of India; SSI Branch, Odhav - Kathwada Road, Odhav, Ahmedabad.

    I was shocked on seeing that Rs.620 were being withdrawn from my account nine times and Rs. 255 was being withdrawn once. In total Rs. 5,835/- rupees were being withdrawn from my above account in absence of my information. The timings of withdrawals were as under

    1) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.01 A.M.
    2) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.02 A.M.
    3) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.05 A.M.
    4) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.07 A.M.
    5) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.09 A.M.
    6) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.11 A.M.
    7) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.17 A.M.
    8) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.20 A.M.
    9) Rs.620 on 03.06.2012 at 03.21 A.M.
    10) Rs.255 on 03.06.2012 at 03.29 A.M.

    And, all the balance standing credit to my savings account was being withdrawn. When my ATM Card was with me only and I have not made any transaction at all.

    I am shocked with surprise. Hence, request your good self to kindly look into the matter.

    Sir,

    With due respect, I want to state that, I am a pensioner of West Bengal Govt. and my pension Acct.(Acct No. 0330010219686) is with United Bank Of India, which is located in Chapra, PO- Bangaljhi, Dist-Nadia, WB,
    PIN-741123.

    On 05 Jun 2012 when I enquired, I came to know that, Rs. 14500/- have been credited in my account as pension, but, Rs. 147/- have been deducted by Bank as their surcharge. Query from Asst. Treasury Officer of my Pension Disbursing Office revealed that, surcharge should not be charged on pensionary benefits.

    I have informed the above mentioned fact to Branch Manager, but he declined to accept my written application and take action against my complaint.

    I request you to look into the matter and direct the concerned office for quick disposal of my complaint.

    Question Harassment by Bank staff and bank manager for issuing of new passbook with address change

    I am operating my savings account with this bank(union bank of india,stion road secunderabad branch) last ten years and recently we approched bank staff for change of address with all supportive documentary proof and request for issuing of new passbook with new address and with latest transaction including my daughter as joint account holder (which was applied more than one year back and present passbook was issued by bank with self and my daughter photos fixed). The new passbook with latest address which we request is required for applying passport. We already visited five times to the bank for the same purpose but still issue of new passbook is not done by the bank. The bank staff and including branch manager are harassing us saying that system problem not updating and wrong entries. It is very unfortunate that such small updation taking more than 5 days where as similar job was done by sbi padmaraonagar secunderabad just 5 minuts. Kindly help us
