    Default withdraw money from my account through ATM Card

    Sir,
    After deposit 7000.00 in my account on 22/11/2011 ,today i go to uco bank for checking my account as well as new passbook as old one was full, but I shocked to see my account, 1020.00 stolen from my account on the same date when i deposit 7000.00.
    this amount 1020.00 was withdrawal as showing through ATM Card while ATM Card with me, its very surprise that ATM Card with me and without my knowledge someone withdraw money from my account. i using pnb bank card also but this type of problems come first time and it is very serious case that ATM Card in my pocket and money withdaw from same ATM Card no without my knowledge.
    pl. take necessary action to avoid this type off happening which is directly hit to bank service.

    Post What time is required for local cheque clerance ?

    My UCO Bank S.B. A/C NO : 01630100026505 Dum Dum branch, Kolkata. One Axix Bank chq of Baguiati branch, Kolkata of Rs 16,500.00 issued in favour of me was deposited in my account on last 29.11.11 through a UCO Bank branch in Kolkata which is other than my branch. It is found that till date of 02.12.11 my account is not credited with the above cheque amount. Is it a good service ? If not is there anybody on behalf of UCO bank to give explanation ?

    Question refund aieee fee paid twice by banking error

    dear sir,
    I have paid Rs 1400/- aieee exam fee through e banking using my visa card on 1/12/11. transaction id is MCIT2649891605. earlier attempt to pay the same fees showed error, no transaction id was displayed. hence once again i tried and this time transaction was successful. but latter i observed that, money has been deducted in the first attempt itself, though error was displayed. in this way fee has been paid twice by me due to banking error. so i am requesting u to refund my Rs 1430/- amount deducted extra. my saving A/C no is 11783, uco bank,vidyanagar branch. shivaji university, kolhapur, maharastra.

    Default Refund money

    on 5.12.2011 at 4.48 pm, by using UCO bank debit card at HDFC bank Atm; after i entered the withdrawal amount of Rs.10000
    after a minute it stated that it has been "TIMED OUT " but i didn't receive the cash. As soon as when i checked the balance, Rs.10000 was deducted but i didn't get money. Today i called to customer care number for several times but they are not responding. Please kindly refund the following. MY account no is 22570110003060,

    Dear Sir,
    I,MUNNA RAJAK have an S/B account no. 2563 at Lenin Sarani (E) branch for last 20 years. I have salary payment in this account as I am working at Electric Loco Shed, Santragachi, South eastern Railway. First time I visit the branch on 16.11.11 and meet with Branch manager for loan purpose for an amount of 10,00,000/- as I want to purchase a Flat at 75,Durga Charan Doctor road, Kol-14 (Resale Property). I have submitted papers as per requirement of BM like-voter identity card, ration card, previous six months salary slip, 5,50,000/- value LIC policy, 3,10,000/- fixed deposit(in same bank), mother deed, partition deed, settlement deed, mutation deed, current tax receipt of purchased flat. I initially made an notary agreement with seller as per requirement of BM. On 26.11.11 BM hints me that now you are able to get the required loan and call me 7 days latter as the all document submitted by me will sent to H/Q for verification. On 08.12.11 I again visit to bank and meet with BM but he call me very next day. On 09.12.11 again visit bank but BM absent and see all the papers submitted by me are lying on the table of BM. The other bank staffs said that the BM not interested on that matter. So after all for last 20 days and more, BM harassed me by calling four times to bank in a row and during that period I absent my duty. So I would like to request you to kindly see the matter and help me as once again I say you that I have a salary gross payment @ 30,000/- per month in UCO bank, Lenin Sarani (E) branch where I apply for Loan.

    Default Non-receipt of Rs. 2000=00 but debited from my a/c

    Sir,
    I would like to inform you that, I Sujit Karar have a Savings Bank A/c in Belilious Road Branch of Uco Bank. My A/c No. 09330100007236 and I am also ATM card holder (Card No. 4283 2009 3300 0776). On 13.01.2012 I went for cash withdrawal of Rs. 2000=00 from State Bank of Hyderabad, ATM located at Panchanontala, Howrah but I received no money from ATM machine after pressing withdrawal button due to problem of machine, but in my account withdrawal of Rs. 2000.00 is showing. So I am requesting your good self to refund Rs. 2000.00 in my account.

    Default Unnecessary delay in payment of salaries

    Respected Sir,
    I, Indarni Mitra Chatterjee, along with my colleagues are all account holdres of Bankra, Howrah, West Bengal, IFSC:UCBA0000739 & MICR 700028120 Branch of ur bank of repute with the salary accounts aof all the staffs of our High School, namely, Bankra Badamtala Girls' High School.
    As the Govt. Of West Bengal had disbursed the salaries on 13.04.2012 and we are asking from the bank the same this morning to be transferred to our personal accounts the Branch managaer is saying that he wont be able to do it today and it would take two more days for him to do this simple job.
    I,on behalf of all the staffs are already in problems for this late disbursement and never expected such gross remark from the Managaer of a branch with lame excuses to defer it.
    Hope this mail would inititae the process of transfer of our salaries to our personal accounts immediately.

    Lightbulb complaint for not withdrawn cash from atm

    dear sir

    I am praveen kumar rai my a/c no is 18160110015315, my ATM card no is 4283201816008647,
    Sir i withdrawn 500 * 2 =1000/= from bank of India bank atm ballabgarh faridabad branch, but i not received cash but my a/c balance Dr. 1000 rs.
    I also complaint in my branch ballia up and they forwarded my complaint DT-28/03/12, but my cash is not Cr. in my account.
    so please solved my problem.

    Sub:- Problem in ATM Card (VISA Disabled) Card No. 4283200709027375 (Authentication three digit 650).

    I am a user of your above mentioned ATM Debit Card, VISA having my savings bank account at Guwahati Rehabari Branch with S/b account No. 07090100193933. For the past few days I am facing problem while making payment for VISA purchases and it seems that VISA has been disabled by the system. I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the problem and enable the VISA verification so that I can use it for VISA purchases.

    The card has been issued by your Rehabari Branch and through internet banking mail I had already written to them but there is no response from their end.

    I therefore, request you to kindly address the issue immediately and get my card VISA enable.

    Dear Sir,
    I am an account holder of UCO, Santoshpur Branch, Kolkata – 700 075.
    Yesterday (30.04.2012) at about 3.00 PM I visited that branch to submit my 15 G form. The deposit section is on 1st fool. I went there and saw including me only three customers were waiting there for to deposit 15G form. The lady officer, in-charge of that department kept ourselves waiting there for more than half-an-hour without any definite reason. No other customer was there. Naturally she was requested to receive our copy. She answered like this, “You have to wait there till I call you. I have to work from 10.00 M to 7.00 PM everyday. All these are disgusting. You the customers always create problem.” I felt insulted and came out from that branch, without submitting 15G.
