    Syndicate Bank Customer Care Details

    In case of any complaint, the matter shall be first brought to the notice of the concerned Branch Manager for immediate redressal.
    If the complaint is not redressed to the satisfaction of the customer, the matter may be taken up with the Regional Manager concerned (who are the Nodal Officers for complaints at our Regional Offices)


    If the complainant is still not satisfied with the responses received, he can address his complaint to the Bank's Controlling Authority/Nodal Officer at Corporate Office Bangalore at the address given below giving full details of the case.

    If the same is not resolved to your satisfaction within one month from the date of receipt of the complaint, you are free to take recourse to any of the following:-

    a)Directorate of Public Grievances, Govt. of India, Cabinet Secretariat, Sansad Marg, New Delhi.

    b)The Banking Ombudsman located in State Capitals under RBI Ombudsman Scheme 1995,
    relaunched as Banking Ombudsman Scheme 2006. Presently, Banking Ombudsman is located at 15 Stations. For addresses and area of operation of Banking Ombudsman please Click the below mentioned link where you will get ‘Our Commitments’ followed by ‘Banking Ombudsman Scheme’.

    c) The District Consumer Forum under Consumer Protection Act. 1985.

    We are an account holder with your behala branch.our account no. is 101/5241.
    On 05.05.2008 your branch has debit our a/c by Rs.36854.00 without any reasons.
    Inspite of our several reminder your branch has not credited the amount.

    Dear Sir,

    My father has account in Chennai pammal branch . As we got transferred we too changed my father account from pammal to hosur branch. Now the problem is that my father has applied for the pension . and all the account and papers has come to syndicate t nagar branch. Please help in transfer the same to hosur branch. Please do the needful on urgent basis.

    Default Our Transaction Password for Internet Banking is Invalid.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    Previously We have received our Transaction Password for Internet Banking from Syndicate Bank, Ghatkopar (E) branch. But , We never used that password till today. Now We have to make CENTRAL EXCISE as well as any goverment dues (Payment) via Internet Banking only. As today We have tried to make payment towards net Banking at that time Our issued TRANSACTION PASSWORD FOR INTERNET BANKING shows INVALID.
    Kindly reactivate this password or else issue a new password at earliest. Because it is very urgent for us to make Central Excise payment before 04/09/2010.
    Please do the needful at earliest.

    i am a farmer living in dist. mathura tahsil mant village baroth befor some day i submitted my credit card
    lon in naughil branch and i want again some lon on this credit card ac. but branch manager want cash for this
    and i am not able for giving cash and the manager is very currpted. please resolve my problam

    Dear all,
    My wife (Tripti) is a/c holder ( a/c no. 90092010136647) in your R. K. Puram branch, New Delhi . I m working in U N mission in Haiti (a carebian country). I have transfer USD 4000/- from here my bank ( SOGEBANK ) to her a/c on 8th Nov. but still it is not transfer and also it is not come bank my a/c till now. My wife continuously visited many times in your R.K.Puram branch but they are saying it is not transfer till now even that I have provided them transition no 2010110900126699. As per my bank, the money has been transfer via Bank of America. Pls suggest me what should I do ? My family want that money on urgent basis.

    Default regarding rude and unproffesional behaviour of branch manager of yamuna vihar branch

    hi,
    i m sachin bansal, i have an account in yamuna vihar branch.
    my acc no is:9130-201-27464
    recently i lost my cheque book and passbook of bank.
    i had an urgent need of money but bank staff dint provided me withdrawl form.
    then i highlighted this concern to branch manager mr. sharma.
    instaed of helpinng me he started to fight with me. is behavoiur wasnt proffesional at all so plz take care of these things in future.

    dear sir,

    My name is s.udayakumar. I have an account in your udumalpet branch.My account number is 61262200090926. I applied for internet banking but its is not activated yet.I dont know the reason if i goes to funds trafer it comes like an error code 12006.so please help me to reveal this problem.
