In case you are not satisfied with the branch handling the complaint, you may approach to the Head Office at the below mentioned address.

    If the same is not resolved to your satisfaction within one month from the date of receipt of the complaint, you are free to take recourse to any of the following:-

    a)Directorate of Public Grievances, Govt. of India, Cabinet Secretariat, Sansad Marg, New Delhi.

    b)The Banking Ombudsman located in State Capitals under RBI Ombudsman Scheme 1995,

    Default about my credit card

    dear sir/madam,

    Subject- regarding default outstanding balance of Rs 9767 on my credit card.
    I would like to draw your attention to the following sequence of facts.

    (a) I had bought a kodak camera with the credit card issued by ICICI bank.

    (b)The statement came to me reflecting purchase of 2 kodak camera whereas I had purchased one.this was confirmed by the shopkeeper and the copies of the bills was sent to icici custumer care..this was rectified at their end and settlement was done for Rs4100Rs.

    (c) As per the settlement I paid the entire amount of Rs 4080 and got the confirmation email from their email dated 10 feb 2009(attached)that they received the payment of the outstanding balance by me and there is no dues left..they also advised me to destroy the cards which I did,and no further transaction was done.

    (d)To my utter surprise when I went for a loan to S B I , my credit report showed that I had outstanding balance.when I enquired by icici bank,I was informed by their email that there is a outstanding balance of Rs 9767 on my credit card.

    I am really pained, shocked,surprised and bewilderd that inspite of all the emails and payments and their email dated16-2-2009confirming the settlement,how can they show a outstanding amount.

    Due to this error on their part I was unable to process my loan which has caused me immense financial and mental agony.

    May I request to insure that they issue a no objection certificate stating that there is no outstanding balance against me and also inform cibil that there is no outstanding dues against me.
    I sincerely hope that this situation wont arise.

    Default Fraud by icici

    I sent Money order by ICICI internet services for INR 4000 on 7th Nov 2011. The money got debited the same day. Till today the beneficiary has not recd the money. The post office never recd any money from ICICI bank. I have written 30 mails.There is no response. I have logged complaint vide number SR 2037 83 546. There is no response. This money was sent to a person for buying very critical medicine. In the absence of this money, the illness got worse and had to be sent to hospital that raised a bill of 200000 INR, because of not getting medicine in time.
    What is the consumers fault ? I want compensation for this INR 200,000 alongwith the reversal of my Money order amount of INR 4000.
