Thumbs down Complaint against icici credit card department

Till Date i am sending these kind of mails to the bank
    Mail 1

    Sir/Mam,

I am the customer of ICICI Bank having five accounts of me and my family in your bank. One of which is the salary account which i am holding from the past two years with the no- 632201525088.I had some dispute on my credit card no- 4076590514105007 from the past three years, now in the month of june'10 my account has been marked lean without any information. There was no information either telephonic or a mailer from the bank side before marking a lean in my account moreover in between this period i did'nt received any call or a dispute settlement process from the bank side.Kindly take this matter into consideration asap and clear the lian else i'll close all my accounts in ICICI and will write a complaint in RBI-Ombudsman.Waiting for the response.

    Regards

    Mam,

This is in response to the telephonic conversation had with one of your executives Ms. Gurpreet (9855657059) from Sector-9 branch Chandigarh.I would like to clear the complete picture of your employees here in this mail.

As i mentioned in the last mail that the lien was marked in our account, the very first day when we went to the branch for asking the details being a layman we never knew that what is a "lien" as in it was the first time that we have been marked....i went to the bank and was misguided at that time that once the lien is marked the client cannot do anything and there is no solution to it and we agreed to them and further we did not make any processing. That is the only reason that the lien was marked in May and i am putting up the mail in July because we came to know from the other sources that there is a procedure of settlement in this case, but the bank misguided........Kindly consider

Now i had a word with Ms.Gurpreet, She called me today and instead of making any solution she just screamed on me and bang the phone on me,I would like to take action against her for misbehaving with the client first and secondly she again lied to me on phone that she will give me a settlement of 3000/-on 27000/-(this is the amount that is debited from my account) and telling me today that she gave me a settlement amount i.e 19500/-(which she never said earlier) she even does'nt know the exact figure that how much amount she has to give for settlement as in if i deduct 3000/- from my debited amount it comes to 24000/- and madam gurpreet even does'nt know what amount she has to give me..The words in the bold are never said by her and they are fake ,.she has always been saying that you have to pay 27000/-and there is no solution to it otherwise who would be a fool who will not come for the settlement thing....I am the preffered customer of this card but i have to stop using the things, now i am using my dad's card no-4477477193544000 for which the track is clear throughout.

I would like to tell you that kindly clear up the matter asap and give the authority to a sensible person who can clear the things nicely otherwise the employees like her will give the bank a bad star, and now after being misguided i will wait for a little time otherwise i will mark a complaint in the RBI ombudsman and unfortunately will have to take this matter in the consumer court and ultimately to the media as in i am the employee of Dainik Bhaskar...Looking forward for your response.Feel free to call me at 9501777749

    Waiting for the response

    Mail-4

    Mam,

We are all clear with the concept of interest which bank can
charge in the case of delay but if in case if customer has not paid
the payments due to some dispute the bank has the responsibility to
intimate through written documents..We didnt get any notification
between this period and the most important thing that before you
marked the lien there was no written or telephonic intimation was
being made.Kindly present the proofs if you commit that you send the
letters or the intimation till date

    Mail-5
    Looking forward for the reply..

    Mail-6
Kindly give me the details of all the reminders that bank has given since the payment is due till you have marked the lien with all the proofs,if in case bank fails to do so i will not be liable to pay any amount and will request you to give me the reversal for the amount debited from my account.

    Mail-7

    Ms Meghna,

The matter does not close here...Making a pdf is not a difficult task even i can make n number of pdf files. In the previous mails i told you to kindly present the mails and the mailers sent by the bank with my receivings on it or kindly forward the mails you have been sending on my mail id mentioned in the last mail...I ask you to present the proofs, making a pdf file without my receiving signature does not satisfy my questions marked on you..Kindly revert for the same.

    Mail-8

    Ms Meghna,

Kindly forward me all the copy of the mails (which you commited that u send on my id) and the mailers sent on my address with my receivings on it in the next reply....I have given you plenty of time to collect the documentations and the proof and if in case you fail to submit those proofs you have to give the reversal for those amount.....This would be a last chance for you to collect the things else have to take some serious action against the bank....Kindly make sure that you finalise the things till 3rd aug'2010.
