If you experiences deficiency of service at any of Canara Bank Branches/Offices, then the Customer is at liberty to send a complaint. The first point for redressal of complaint is Branch itself. In case you are not satisfied with the branch handling the complaint, you then approach the Zonal Manager. If the complaint is not settled at the Zonal level, you may approach to the Head Office at the below mentioned address.

My account was debited with Rs. 5500/-, when i was trying to withdraw money from the ATM machine and the cash was not rendered. the transaction was declined. the ATM was of ICICI Bank. My account had balance of Rs. 3500/- but balance deducted was Rs. 5500/-. my account is a saving account. i doesn't have a credit limit. i interest on the amount overdrawn is also deducted by the bank. the transaction had taken place in February and i reported it in March. Since then i had been intimating the branch manager but he is too ignorant about it.He has been showing that he is too busy with things and not able to send my complaint. the delay in this complaint is just because of the branch manager of Lakhimpur-Kheri (Uttar Pradesh). This branch has switched to CBS system two months back. i hope to get the quick redressal. the branch manager told me that due to the sudden loss of connectivity such transaction has taken place.

Dear Sirs,
As you must be aware that I have made one demand draft vide no.098913000276 dated Aug 30, 2010 for Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand)only in favour of CANARA HSBC OBC Life Insurance for the renewal payment of my above mentioned policy and subsequently I have submitted the said demand draft to you for onward payment as per normal practice on the same day.
In spite of my regular follow up with you, my above payment has not yet been deposited with CANARA HSBC OBC Life Insurance. I have also communicated several times to CANARA HSBC OBC Life Insurance representative about this and confirmed me that without payment they will not renew my said policy. As a result my above Policy is still not renewed.
Considering the above fact you are requested to please look into the matter on priority and let me know the status why such payment is not yet made to the concerned dept. If my Policy is not renewed due to non payment of dues, I held you responsible for any consequence occurred due to above reason later.
Please revert me the outcome with in next 3 working day.

Discrepencies in service pension Sir
I had joined Indian Army on 06 Jul 65 and on completion of 20 years and 26 days service in group 'D' released on 01 Aug 85. According to 5th cpc and 6th cpc my basic pension would have been fixed as follows:-
As on 01 Jan 96 Rs. 1714/-p.m.
As on 01 Apr 2004 Rs. 2571/- p.m.
As on 01 Jan 2006 Rs. 4241/-p.m.
As on 01 Jul 2009 Rs. 5689/-P.M.
However canara bank Jaraukhand is paying me gross pension Rs. 5319/- p.m. instead of Rs. 8249/-p.m. In this concern I have submitted my request to Manager Canara bank Jaraukhand but the manager said he is not responsible for any discrepencies in the pesnion as the pension is being calculated and credited by the Regional branch Dehradun

pension papers not sent even after 3 months Sir,
I have asked for tranfer of my pension papers from amar mahal br of canara bank mumbai to arkeregate br of the same bank Bangalore in the last week of aug 2010 i have also sent the life certificate required for nov but i find the pension papers have not moved to bangalore iam told that the same r with pension accts branch of karnataka canara bank so pl see that pension papers r sent quickly sothat my pension is credited into my a/c thanx

Greetings to you!
I hold a SB account (No: 1509101015695) with Canara Bank South Veli Br. Madurai for the past 1 decade. I availed gold loan facility for a number of times but my past three transaction regarding gold loan was not so appreciable - I was made to scream and fight for my rights
1. I staff informed me that those who are holding joint account is not eligible for gold loan
2. They were reluctant to accept the cheque (same bank) for the outstanding amuont while closing a jewel loan
3. A unknown 3rd person name was included in our account whereas I & my spouse are operating the account.
Even the staff who are dealing with us refused to reveal their name & designation.
They are very prompt in closing the counter in time but the same is not maintained while opening (Very particular in Canara Bank South veli Branch, Madurai) - Whenever questioned or demanded they are asking us to contact the Canara Bank circle office. The phone no: displayed on the public notice board is not existing when called.
Today when I approached my branch for gold loan - The staff / manager who is supposed to issue a token for the same resumed seat only @ 10:20Am @ 10:30 Am he informed us that the ceiling per person for the gold loan is fixed to Rs. 50, 000 from Rs. 2, 00, 000/- per person & demanded for land patta worth the pledge amount vide the circle manager instruction. I f I could had this information atleast @ 10:00 .or atlest displayed for the public to notice or see - I could had seek the help from some other source
Kindly guide us (Consumers) to utlize the service of canara bank properly. Staff bearing the batch with their name & Designation will much be appreciated.
Though I tried to redress @ branch the senior manager cabin was waiting for him.
If you feel that my expectations as a consumer is not right fell free to lend me ur hands & lead my way.

defence pension A/C No 0832101009470. pension is not adjusted as per CDA(p) circular No 430 dated 10.3.2010. table 76. i am having 31 years of service.
it is requested to adjust it at the earliest, since i have crossed 78 years of age. every one around me got it adjusted long back. thanks in advace,

Non payment of interest on fd closed We have not received any reply sofar. We are in dark as to what happenned. Till date our account is not credited .We are unhappy over the delay.We may have to move the court
with cost which is unpleasant and not intended. Please do the needful. It is our final request.
