    Question Renewal of Credit Card

    I hold SB.Acc in at Mandya City Karnataka.I also obtained Credit Card from Mandya Branch which is going to be expire in another five days.Can I renew the same card or should I apply of fresh one.

    Now as I am residing at Bangalore I opened one more account at Bangalore .I want the credit card from bangalore branch.

    Tell me the procedure please.

    I would request you to spare a few minutes for my grievence as detailed below:

    It is very much painful and sorrow for the hard earned money swallowed by bank
    and complaint to The Branch Manager,Regional Manager of no use, not responded
    till the time of writing this letter.

    I herewith attach the corrospondence made for your kind perusal and necessary
    steps to recredit the receovered money from my SB account.

    I hope you will look into the matter and get back the debited amount.

    i have taken Educational loan from canara bank 2006. and now i am having account in citi bank, let me know how pay education loan to canra bank by online?
    many times i asked my branch manager about my total amount i taken and intrest details but still he havent give that details.

    Kindly look into this matter seriously as lot of people are facing this problem.The branch in question is CANARA BANK ,GREEN PARK, OPPOSITE UPHAAR CINEMA and also the one opposite the road Yusuf sarai community center branch. The staff is imply not interested to be cooperate! I am a widower and have to run around for getting even basic formalities done because of their lack of manners and extremely sloppy public dealing!

    Dont know if this forum would be helpful. I hope if is.

    Default non cooperation of the bank staffs.

    Dear Sir,
    I am an account holder in your bank in the branch Nagerbazar, kolkata. I am a retired man and had been to the branch for depositing some cash for activating my dormant account(a/c no.2859101001018) but to my surprise there was no person to take care of the cash counter. Along with me there were around 5 more customers waiting for the concerned person to deposit their cash. In spite of repeated requests to the other staffs there was no difference in their working pattern. They were more interested and busy in their gossips than listening or even answering to the customers.And this was at the peak banking hours i.e.at 2.30pm. I had waited their for more than an hour and finally had to leave the office disappointed. Moreover the staff members always tries to give some or the other excuses for executing very small services and it has often been found that the jobs lies pending for weeks or even months which can be completed within an hour for which i had to visit repeatedly to the branch with no results.All these is nothing new in this branch. I really doubt the knowledge level and the efficiency of the staff of this branch in handling their day to day work. Expecting some positive response on this issue,

    i am received new atm card with pin number as on august 2011
    every time when i use my atm card in machine, in screen it display invalid
    i al so complaint to tamilnadu trichy customer service center through registered post
    at present time i am not get any replay from customer service center
    still no response and i am not use my new atm card

    My account number is 0410111022486. I am a VRS optee. I have observed that quality of service in almost all the branches especially in Bangalore have vanished. All the staff try to pass on the bucks/responsibility on the other thereby troubling the customers. I have experienced this in Konanakunte and Padmanabhanagar branches. ( in other branches also but I dont want to mention). My recent experience is as follows:
    I wanted to deposit a sum of Rs.510/- on 30.11.11 at RBI layout branch. The branch timing is 9 to 2. I went to branch at 8.50am. I waited upto 9.10am. As the gate was not opened , I only opened the gate and entered. But to my surprise only officer and manager were there. A few minutes later a lady came and entered the cash cabin. I was the first person to deposit the cash. I had to wait for few minutes as she had to accept the cash box and open the system. To my knowledge the first entry might have taken place after 9.15am. The wallclock was showing 9.20am. If you can view from your office. you can verify at your end. Today also, i.e. 8.12.11, I had to deposit the cheque for transfer of Rs.50000/- to my friend's account 8551111301169. The same lady was in the other counter. I wanted to verify the correctness of the transferee account. But she told me to wait for some time. For putting the seal on the counterfoil, she sent me back to the officer who was sitting next to cash. I waited for some minutes and as he was busy in verifying the account application , I put the seal on the counterfoil myself which was kept for clearing and gave the cheque and slip to the lady at 11.20am. Please verify at what time she will transfer. This is the state of affairs that is happening in branches. The branch manager is just a spectator ( Today the manager was not in the cabin might be on leave).

    My name is N.Hyrunnisha and my a/c no is0985118000428.My branch is Rasipuram(Namakkal-Dt).On 18/10/2011 my husband sent Rs.76,000 from Tahweel Al Rajhi Bank -Saudi through E-Transfer. But still now I didn't receive the amount.There is no response in my branch and Chennai office.Please do the needful as early as possible

    Dear Sir,
    It has been found that my account has been freezed. I have tried many times to deposit some amount into my account, but failed all the time. I did not receive a single e-mail regarding the same; but many times Rs.10/= was deducted from my account. Last year I deposited an amount of around Rs. 40000/= once for online payment for opening a Life Insurance Policy Account. But all my attempts to make payment failed inspite of existing balance in my account. I had to withdraw the deposited amount, as there was a warning e-mail into my e-mail inbox. The minimum could not be adhered to only because of your bank’s failure. I never issued any cheque to be honoured to deplete account balance below minimum balance. Your system itself allowed online withdrawals to allow the balance in my account to fall below the minimum balance; then how and why I should be penalized for the same? It is your bank’s system failure: you can’nt mismanage transaction activity in your bank and charge penalty from me for your bank's own failures. Had I issued a cheque, which would have resulted in failure to maintain minimum balance in the SB account; then only I should have first been notified by all available methods of communications including e-mail; so that the minimum balance was maintained. No such communication was ever made to me till date. I, therefore request you to kindly revert all my balances and re-activate my account immediately.Sincerely yours,

    Default my c a/c not closed by canara bank godowlia varana

    dear sir,

    i wish to inform you that i am having the subject ca with your godowlia varanasi branch. Due to some internal problems i want to close my subject a/c and i have given a letter to your branch manager godowlia br in nov. Dec 2011 and i have personally met severl times.


    but till date my subject a/c could not close by your branch. I request you to pl do needful at earliest possible and close my a/c immediately i also request you to pl stop service /folio charges
    because i have already given you letter for closure of this a/c.any out station ch if pending pl treat it as dishonoured/lost in transit i assure you to not to claim in future by me.

    We are SB account holders in Canarabank, KodandaRamapura branch, Bangalore. Every time we go there for a small transaction, the bank staff snubs us. They are most uncourteseous and snobs. One example, when I requested one staff for pass book update on a saturday, she asks me to come on Monday even though there are hardly any customer on that day. I am a working scientist and she expects me to take leave and come on Monday for just pass book update. My wife feels very depressed every time she visits this branch. The Manager is absolutely helpless and requests us only to take care of the problem with the staff. Please take proper action to curb this unpleasent attitude of the staff.
