I am having pre paid Mobile No. 9821344675. I opted for Life time plan and earlier my expirty date was upto 2017. Now sice last two days, after every call, I am getting message that my account expire on 30/11/14. How the date has been changed? Can you explain

I want to remove the Message Alert Service what to do?

Actually I did Rs.200 recharge month before. on the time of recharge i got message immediately that but when i checked balance it was 0.26 Paise only. I told this thing to my concern person but he is saying that we also got message that recharge sucessfully and balance also cutted from his account. now he is not taking interest as he got money.
I want to made complaint against him.

when i tried to send messages from last 2 days,, message sending always failed

i have activated my blackberry service one week before but still my service hasnt activated and when i call to customer care people they cut the call or tell to wait 4 hours and now its one week and i requested them to deactivated and refund my balance of Rs . 271 which they have debited from my account . In a day i call 3 to 4 times but at times they dont even bother to reply . So finally i have to contact consumer court for my balance that they have taken from my account i.e 271 .

Hi every one , my mobile no is 9773784450, my problem is that when ever i recharge my aacount , after same time or with in the 7,8 houer i lost some amount of mony from my preipade account .

MANTRA messages are free gift with new connection.
with this messages we loss Rs.30 every month, without asking anything.
