Sir,
I have been receiving calls from the last one month on my landline No.25306425 for my wife for payment of bill of loop mobile. In this connection, it is to inform that she has not used the loop mobile connection, one of her freind was using the loop mobile connection No.9821700840 which was stolen and she has lodged a police complaint regarding the same. Now, one Miss.Namita who has given me No.40907741 is calling everyday (atleast 3-4 times a day) on my residence no. for the bill and at times uses abusive language to my mother and wife if they refused to pay the bill. I have verified the no., the no is out of order. Hence, we have lodged a police complaint against the loop mobile services on 27.09.2010.

Hence, it is kindly requested to stop calling on my residence no. for the bill which we havent used.

My mobile no 9821055569. In morning my balance is Rs. 222 & in the evening it drop down Rs. 122. During this period i have not made more then one call. So please look into matter it might be misuse or any mistake so check in your system & correct my balance. Also please conform by sms as early as possible.

This is Mr.Mukesh Shipurkar my cell no is 9821042935. I have complaint about the services rendered to me by your company. I would like to bring to your notice that i have activate the International roaming on 28th october 2010 as i was leaving for dubai i have came from dubai on 1st november 2010. when i have landed on airport i came to know that my mobile services has cut off by your company. On 2nd November i have received SMS from your company that i have cross 90% of my credit limit of Rs.6300/- so pls pay amount of 16000/- approx to enhanced my credit limit and to enjoy service. With the SMS received i immediately called your call centre and told them to deactivate roaming and also made the complaint about the outgoing services that i am enable to call outside. Call center executive asked me to pay the bill of october of Rs.1769/- which was actually due on 7th october 2010 still i paid it. Now again from saturday i am enable to call outside from my cell so i called my relationship manager MS Kushubu on her cell no. and enquire she asked me to pay 30000/- and also i told all the fact to her boss Mr. Deepak. My complaint is this if my credit limit is given by your company was 6300/- then you should cut the line when i have cross my limit why you have waited till my bill reaches Rs.30000/- and then cut the services. I am not going to pay this as even after privilege customer of your you have cheated me by not informing about the usage of mine and it is going above my credit limit. I wil pay under protest or you have to give me solution on this. i was shocked by seeing this bill for four days of my dubai. i would have gone for TU sim card dubai for temp usage instead of using your loopmobile services and save my money. so my question is if my credit limit is Rs.6300/- then you should have cut my services when it was crossed Rs. 6300/-. u waited till my return from dubai and then cut the serviced.

the loop mobile gallery at khar bandra is the worst as far as customer services are conscerned.i was there yesterday at 11.am and there was just one person attending to customers who were waiting for as long as half an hour my no. was9 and by the time i was attended to it was 12 noon. the lady who was attending was totaly ignorant and had to run inside every now and then to clarify with another lady called pooja who refused to come out and attend to customer inspite of the security guy going and calling her several times eventually when she did come out she looked terribly angry and was abrupt with the customers .please open up another gallery in bandra equipped with more knowledgeble staff or you are going to loose customers
