    Loop mobile franchisee-"Edward" located at Dream Mall, Bhandup, got form signed from me for shifting my connection (98673 97673) from Airtel to LOOP and gave me 50/- rental scheme. They have got my Airtel connection discontinued, but despite repeatedly calling up they are not sending me my new card. They just keep avoiding eme and keep making false promises. Contact persons- Their contact persons are Ms Priyanka and MR Vishal.Priyanka's Cell No:8082206046.

    IT IS SUBMITTED THAT I LOST MY LOOP MOBILE IN BOMBAY WHILE TRAVELLING ON DATED 31/12/2011.
    HENCE I WOULD LIKE TO GO HEAD AND BLOCK THE MOBILE NUMBER SO THAT IT IS NOT BEEN USED UNAUTHORIZED.

    Hi, I am Nikhil and my problem is that my Balance has been cut unnecessarily during this month.I am a Pre paid customer.
    Nature of problems
    1.) Whenever i used to call even without being the call connected my call charge is started and balance is cut.
    2.)Extremely Pathetic network and GPRS service in my area.
    3.)Yesterday my balance was 40rs and from then suddenly it came to 14 even when i didn't call anyone.

    Is there a way by which i could know how and for what my money is being cut.
    Loop is a money sucking Parasite, Worst service ever found in my life.

    Default 800 local mints on recharge of 204

    recently recharged with Rs. 204 special recharge pack dated 15/01/2012 for which i was to get 800 minutes local call time..... But still i haven't received it.. And i am being charged for calls from my main balance.....
    Also the customer care number is not valid and i am not able to get connected with the customer care....!!

    My Mobile Number is 9821688016. I had requested for MNP from loop to Vodafone. I have paid my Bills of all the months reguarly & in Time with more than the amount billed always.
    All out a sudden my MNP Request is rejected due to pending current bill of 423.00
    They have the Security Deposit also of 500.00. I did not receive any calls from the Loop Mobile assist, but when checked back, I get a strange answer that MNP rejected due to Bill pending. I will pay the Bill, but tell me what will happen to my axcess amount & security deposit....

    Dear sirs,

    my mobile no is 9870756224. My complaint is every day from last five days,i have activated the BBLITE plan of RS199 and its been 5-6 days it is still not active.whenever i call to the loop customer care i get the same reply everytime that our server is down, call after some time.no body is serious
    about my complaint.now, this is the last time i complaining in writing and if you dont take any action within next 24 hours then i will take this
    matter to consumer court.
    i have also visited the MALAD loop gallery for the same but still no reply..

    Once again i requesting you to solve my problem within 24 hours..

    Hi,
    My name is Manan Haria. My mobile no : 9870917882.
    Last week i called up 800 and 198 both the numbers to activate my internet services. After repeatedly telling them that i use Iphone they misguided me with some DKG49 plan.
    And as always after that your system's server is always down. I went to loop mobile gallery - santacruz branch. Even they told me that they cannot do anything about this matter and told me to mail to some officer. In frustation i started shouting at the employee of yours as that was not the correct answer what a customer should get when he personally goes to a mobile gallery. Then your employees NAVIT.R and CHANDRASHEKHAR started hitting me and abusing me. They also hit me with bottles. I was bleeding from my nose and mouth. I was rushed to the docter and in the meantime they went to the police station and complaint about me. For such a small issue does any company hit their customer with bottles and punches?
    Its really sad for me to say that I am using this loop mobile.
    Please take some proper action against the employees NAVIT.R and CHANDRASHEKHAR and make your company for the customers and not against your customers.

    Angry balance deduction in spite of paying 399 for BIS.

    I mr Rohit , paid the amount of 399 for my BIS service but still my balance is being deducted fro any free messenger service and now the balance is being deducted for bb messenger also nd i have visited the loop gallery atleast 10 times since last month nd still they haven"t revert with any positive results stilll my balance is getting deducted nd now the month is going to get over for my BIS scheme , Please Revert back with some positive results.
