    Unhappy NOt deactivating service n balance deduction

    Respected sir..m prabhjot ur relienc custmor...my mobile no is 9569406975...i have problem from.ur custmor service centre..i had already complained so many times but no1 bothered about my complain..i had activated any service on dis no. by chance...i told custmor care to deactivate d activated sevice as i don't know how to deactivate...bt from last 6month no step was taken to deactivate d service..every time when i recharge the no. balance deduction occured..plz its my humble request to you to take some step to deactivate the service

    this is not may personal problemall reliance gsm users in the mentioned area can't receive or make calls due to following reasonsa) the call is not received by receiver and caller gets message- connection errorb) If call is received, cuts automatically after 1 secondc) at the time of making call, caller gets message, call endedaffected area- village- madhepur, Block- barbigha, District- Shekhpura, Bihar Problem is occurring from last 10 days. same problem occurred 4 months before and lasted 2 days. but this time going to be ridiculous.Please solve the problem instantlyRegardsAnil 08102668321anilkumar7019@gmail.com

    Sir,

    On 02/01/2012 I recharged my reliance gsm no. 9883181366 with Rs. 200.00 top up and got 200.00 Rs balance in my no. and before also I have some balance in my no., so my total balance was Rs. 233.00. The whole day I made 2-3 calls and my battery got discharged and I switched off my phone and kept it on charge for 6 hours from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. When I switched on my phone, my no. has Rs. 223.00 balance left. After that I tried to make a call at 11:00p.m. on the same day, but I was unable to make any call, it said insufficient balance, when I checked my balance, there was only 11 paise left in my no. I was shocked. I immediately called customer care executive around 11.00 p.m. and told them about the incident. They checked my account and said that on 2nd jan, 2012 I made a call to a no. at around 10:35 a.m. and talked upto 11:00 p.m. and that's why my balance was finished, which was totally wrong. Whereas I told them that I made a call to that no. but I talked for 10-15 mins and after that my battery got discharged and I switched off my mobile. Still the customer care executive kept on saying that I made the call upto 686 mins which was totally wrong. This way I am totally harrassed due to reliance , my total Rs. 223.00 balance was gone and I am not able to put my point, customer care is saying that I used the balance, when I haven't used it at all. I feel that I have been cheated my Reliance communication. Please take the necessary step as soon as possible. I need my unused balance back today itself. If I don't get back my unused balance back, then I am very sorry I'll have to swtich off to some other network and I won't leave it like that, for this harrasssment you people will have to pay me, I'll take all the necessary steps required. This means that I have been harassed for using Reliance. I am completely disappointed. I had to make an emergency call yesterday night, but I wasn't able to do it. Reliance is harrassing their customers my cheating their balance.

    Sir,
    I had taken the Reliance GSM CARD last year in March/April for the above no. and had one more connection from my office where your company had given a CUG scheme and as I did not get proper service I had disconnected all of my three cards in June for which I had given application. I have been giving the application for the same for last sixteen months but till today I have been receiving the bills which I have already paid. I have also sent emails and come personally to your office but still I am receiving the bills. I had given my application on June 17th 2010, 26th June 2010, 13th July 2010, 6th Sept. 2010, and in January, march may and last time I had come in July and was given assurance that it will done, but after that I have already three bills. I have to go to office and my children go school and there is nobody at home except my old father so whenever the courier comes he has to come down for the first floor and he is not physically able do that. I had requested your staff for the same and told about my problem and they had given me assurance and talked to somebody on the telephone but nothing has been done. when go the office they always show me and tell that the no.s have been already allotted to some other person, then i getting the bill. if there is credit left i don't wont it just don't send the bill.
    So I kindly request you take immediate action and do the needful.

    My no is 7676103292 I had recharged my number on 18/12/11, then next day(19/12/2012) Balance deducted my account .Many times i face this type pblms so i am not interest to use this sim .Then I contact with customer care but no response get to me.And also i sent mail to
    gsmcustomercare@relianceada.com but i didnt get any response from their side.
    So Pls check that details and refund my amount with immediately.

    Hello Sir,


    My Mobile No. is 8099848009. I am facing an issue last 6/7 months. Everytime without any notice some services are getting activated and money is deducted. I made complain to the custmer care and get a very very BAD response. They don't know how to talk. Then I called to the nodal desk on Dec 13th and talked the officer. The officer immidiately reversed the amount and promised that infuter this will not happen. Then in the Jan17th Isaw some amount got deducted. Again I gave call to Nodal Desk and the officer told me that there is a health service activated in ur account on Dec16th. Then I asked , If a person giving a complain on 13th Dec on this how can it activate again in 2 days. Then she raised a complain and asked me to wait for 24hrs.( Complain no-170371117) then again when i check my balance on 19th morning, I saw again Rs30 deducted. Again I gave a call and she told give us 48hrs to resolve all ur issue. She credited Rs30 to my account. Again In the 19th Evening, I got a call from the no. 1409600137 and when I answer the call, there was some songs in Telgu( which I don't Know), and Rs 30 deducted.


    My phone is a touchbased phone. There is no message sent from my phone. Here I am trying to understand who is doing this. After 3 Nodal desk officers agreed there are some issue, they are not able to resolve in last 2 months. So now who will resolve this???This is something very serious issue. I am going to court to file a case for this if I don't receive any update soon.

    i prashant is reliance gsm user and my no. is 8010391450 . please sort out my problem which is mension below
    1. my account balance is always
    deducted and have to call 198 many times then they refund
    2. when i call 198 they reply "sir av technichal updation chal rahi hai kuchh der bad call kar lo" i called 20 times in a day and always got sir av technichal......
    3. when we call 2 or three times then they block my no. for 198 services
    4. now ihave been calling since 5 days for my slow speed internet and i got.same reply "av technical updation chal rahi hai"
    sir please .......... help me to get out from this problem this is really painful......... sometimes this made me cry ......

    Exclamation REGARDING BALANCE DEPLETION TO MY Reliance Prepaid

    Hi Mr/Mrs Nodal Officer,

    This is Manimaran Krishnamoorthy from Chennai, My Reliance prepaid mobile number is +91-8144003119.

    I'm here to complaint for Balance Depletion from my prepaid main account. Whenever i did recharge to my account, within 2 to 3hrs my main balance got depleted about 3Rs to 4Rs. First time i complained to R Care General Helpline (*333) about this balance depletion. They assure me that here after it won't happen again. This balance got depleted due to some VAS packs are activated for you they informed.

    Then, I requested to DND service to block all Promotional calls and messages but there is no use for preventing from Balance Depletion. Next time recharge, the same happened again without my concern.

    RCare General Helpline and Complaint helpine (198) informed me that CRICKET PACK got activated for your mobile number.

    Never!!!! I'm sure that i didn't activate any VAS services with my knowledge. Again, they gave me the assurance that it won't happen like this.

    Nothing hope i have in Reliance Prepaid Services.

    Really Reliance providing very too bad customer services to their customers. Whenever i called to RCare General and Complaint number, i have to wait for long periods like 30 or more minutes even if we called them at 1AM too and customer representatives response to us are very too bad and irritating us too..

    This issue would be resolved in 2 to 3 business working days.

    Kindly do the needful.

    Or else i will redirect this issue wherever possible if it still continues like this. Really its sure Warning to Reliance Prepaid Mobile Services.

    Hello

    In September 2011 my plan was migrated to the one which I had not requested.
    Later with series of communication the plan was changed and with help of Rajiv Bhatt from billing department the extra amount is settled.

    But an advance charge of the wrong plan in the September 2011 bill is not settled, also Rajiv is unable to waive it off.
    In the consecutive communication the bill was also charged by late payments.
    So in total the amount to be waived off is 999 of the advance plan billed and 4 months late payments charges Rs 100 each amounting to 1399/-

    I have many requests in customer care but they have been closed without follow-up. The complaints nos are
    174315093,
    174717725
    174523701
    172317705

    I request your help to waive these charges so that my regular billing starts. i am unable to attach the excel sheet which gives clear picture.


    Broad band line has been disconnected since 2nd March 2012 this is an penalty without any error from my end.
    Please let me know if my understanding is wrong I am reachable on 9769660021.

    Default Harassment of ADAG officials to a SENIOR CITIZEN

    I had sent the following email to reliance on 16th March 2012. But this people are not capable of solving the issue and asking to pay the bill without sending it.
    I know this is a very lengthy complain but I would request all to read this till the end.


    Dear Sir/Madam
    I am Mr. Nandeep K Mehta writing on behalf of my mother (a senior citizen) who is a victim of Reliance Communication's harassment.
    Reliance communication is now targeting senior citizens of the city for harassing and forcing them for paying bills without sending it.

    The Case
    Mrs. Bharati Desai bearing the mobile no. 09022705600, being a senior citizen wanted a mobile phone which was a need since she stays alone.
    She opted for reliance connection and started using from the month of November.
    After a month she got a call from reliance that you will have to go and pay the bill amount to the nearest reliance webworld.
    She denied and asked them to send the bill first. She said once I receive the bill , I will pay it immediately.
    They didn't send the bill and constantly kept on sending messages and calling her. She was fed up with this act and had to forcefully pay the bill without hard copy of bill.
    At the beginning of the third month, again she received a call from reliance for paying the bill of the second month. Again she asked them for hard copy of bill but all in vain.
    Then she called me , to which I called to the customer care(less) department, wherein they are just trained to give assurance and not acting.
    This time again they kept on sending messages and calling her and she had to pay the bill forcefully , fearing disconnection.

    Now, again same thing happened this month also. They r just sending messages and calling for paying the bill amount and threatening to deactivate the connection.
    We were frustrated this time and firm that we will not pay until we receive the bill and complain against such act. Then on 10th March I called the customer care(less) department and complained about not receiving the bill.
    The representative named Mr. Ajinkya gave me complain no. 174455303 and assured me that the bill will be send to her. I told him that the bill should reach to her before 15th march as she will be out of mumbai for a month. He said you will receive it before 15th. But after 3 days i.e. on 13th March, she again received call from reliance to pay the bill. Then she informed me about the call.
    Then I called the customer care(less) dept. and asked about the status of the complain no. 174455303. Again he tried to assure me that the bill will be send to her. I asked him to transfer the call to his senior. He transferred the call to his senior Mr. Lovlesh. I told him clearly that she is leaving on 16th march for a month, so you send the bill before that. We will not pay the bill amount this time until we receive the copy of bill. He promised me that she will receive the bill either today evening(13th march) or tomorrow (14th march).
    I told him very clearly that she is a senior citizen and every-time she cannot visit the webworld for the bill.
    But all this turned out to be a false promise.
    Again she kept on receiving messages for paying the bill amount.

    NOW THE SHAMEFUL ACT BY RELIANCE
    On 15th March they disconnected her phone without any reason.
    They just wants us to pay the bill amount without sending hard copy to her.

    She called me on 15th march in the evening, and said the phone is disconnected by this shameless creatures.
    Today she left for nashik for a month with deactivated mobile phone, courtesy Reliance Communication.

    This is really a shameful act by the so called Corporates. This is unprofessional.
    You cannot harass a senior citizen in this manner , just for few rupees.

    I want you to take strict action against all those people involved in this matter and update me.
    I want you to activate the connection immediately, without Begging for money, since it is a blunder for your end.
    Once the bill is received, we will pay it immediately.

    We also want that this should not happen in future.
