    Dear sir,
    I went to Europe activating international roaming. When I arrived at Paris airport. There was no roaming was available. I could not connect any phone company there. It was very bad experience for me again. Same as it happened in July this year. Then I bought French Sim card for my use. As international roaming was not working.
    I put my vodafone in my bag and start using French No. After Three days I went to Germany. I did not use vodafone no. as it was lying in my bag. I don't know when my roaming was started and service banned. When i arrived in back in india on 27th Nov. I was surprised to see that I was connected to vodafone. I tried to call my home to say that I have arrived. But i was told that my services has been stopped.
    Today I got the bill for more then Rs.18588.27. Without using the phone abroad without providing me the international roaming facility. How the company send me this bill.
    This bill is completely wrong. I am not going to pay it. If my phone services not started soon. I will go to consumer court filing a suit for compensation. I will came to vodafone leaving airtel. I did not know that i will face so many problems with your co.

    Hi,

    I am writing you this mail as I am very much unhappy about the your service I received.

    Here is the issue :

    I am using Android smart phone which has got android market place application.
    I am a new customer who ported in from Airtel due the issue that I was facing with them. The issue was that I was charged for using android free apps from market place.

    Now before I took the MNP Sim card, I went to your stores @ Bashyam Circle branch in Bangalore and met a guy called Kiran who confirmed that android app should be free if it says free. But when I downloaded couple of apps, I was charged for that. Had I been told how it works, either I would have not used the Market place or I would have opted for some data packages.
    Now I cannot go back to airtel for at least 3 months. When I called up customer care I was told that the money will NOT be refunded for the charged levied for using free apps.

    I had 5 airtel connections in my name under which I have ported 1. But I have now decided not to transfer the remaining 4 because of this issue.

    The branch manager Mr Shourya is defending his employee who gave me wrong information and has no trust on the customer.

    When I opted for portability, Airtel offered me Rs 250/- discount on my bill. But I rejected that offer assuming that Vadafone will give me better service. Now I am very much disappointed. I rejected the discount + my recharge amount of 244 (222 + 22) is gone. Around Rs 500 /- loss for opting out Vadafone…..Wonderful service for MNP customers !!!!!!

    Hope I will get a call with positive reply from your end else I will go back to airtel.

    Default Complaint Against Vodafone Store At Hoshiarpur

    Dear Mr. Bains,

    I am writing this mail to you regarding a complaint against your employee at Vodafone Store at Hoshiarpur. I went to your employee named MUKESH and told him about the problem regarding my post paid sim as it was working in my new samsung handset.

    After searching the settings, he told me that the sim has to be replaced and you should bring your id proof. i told him that the sim was registered against my father and he can't come as he has to go to Jallandhar daily. Then Mukesh told me to get the id proof of my father and come again. I went with the proof and then he told me to copy the signature of my father. I refused to do so and then he told me that he was helping me.

    Now tell me in what way he was helping me????

    My sim card has not been replaced and i cant use it in my new handset. Please do something in this matter as soon as possible.

    Hi,

    I have been a vodafone customer for almost 7 now and I had been a happy customer since then.But recently I had to go to UK for my work requirements and when i come back,my sim card shows :" SIM CARD REGISTRATION FAILED". When i contacted the customer care on call, they said I can get back the number and to asked me to visit the vodafone shop. I visited the vodafone shop they say i cannot get this number at any cost. They told its churned and i can never get it back. I have been using this number really long and I cant afford to lose it. Please do the needful ASAP. I have also registered my concern in vodafone website. Please

    last few years i m with vodafone as super distrubritors baroda branch (payal communication )
    its good exprince for me but now i m leave the business 22/9/11 also done all formalites (full &final)
    but till not get any deposit and my sim card payment.

    sir when i start business i m borowing money form my relatives with interest. so its counting

    so plz reply me when i get my money.i m also contact at baroda office but there r say process going on
    sir when i first time(2/6/2011) said that i m not interest to do business with vodafone they say to me that plz stay with us when i look onother distrubritos. so i said ok . after two months i m say him plz leave me
    this time he said me 45 days company laws
    now last more than six monthe i m wating where r company law
    i have all proof if u want i m ready to send it

    plz save my life i m going to die.

    Dear Sir/Madam,



    I am N.Amarnath customer of your service with mobile number 9642245222. The Bill for the month of 01april- Till date is too high eventhough my usage is very low. As, i am a customer of your service since three years i have not complained regarding the bill any time and i am not satisfied with your service. I dont know how you people are charging as i am using the 249 plan with 600 mins free 600 sms free and calls to other mobile is just 30ps and voda-voda is 20 ps. As the date i checked my bill on 21st(saturday) was 622/- Rs and again when i checked it on 23rd(monday) it was 732/- Rs. How it can be possible with out any usage? I didn't even made a single call on sunday but the bill got increased. I need a clear explaination regarding this. If i dont get a satisfactory response i'll switch to another network using MNP. Kindly solve the issue ASAP.

    Default Deactivation of vodafone to vodafone call @ 10/- p

    Dear sir,
    I Satish Jahagirdar from gulbarga having prepaid connection with
    number 9741695444 would like to bring to your kind notice that without
    my request activated vodafone to vodafone call @ 10/- paise per minute
    and started deducting rental on weekly basis of Rs. 15/-
    AL132-Auto-Rental to my number which is very painful for me and
    started deducting 15 rupees per week for this reason i have visited
    Gulbarga vodafone stone on 19-4-2012 and raised the complaint for
    deactivation of the same with reference no 1361706786 and then i have
    still waiting for the cancelation of the same. Till now this service
    is not deactivated from your side but they have updated in your CRM
    that your techinical officer called me 3 times but i have not received
    their call. In fact i have not received any call from any of your
    executives towards my this complain. Today also i have visited
    Gulbarga vodafone store they told it will be deactivated by tomorrow.
    Let me know from your side that wether this service will be
    deactivated to my number immediately or else shall i go to some other
    network.

    If i will not get satisfaction from your side definately i will lodge
    the complain to Nodal officer for justice.

    I hope you will be solving my problem at an top prioriety and same
    will be confirmed me to email or call or an sms.or else i have to
    leave vodafone family with a lot of pain.
