Wrong commitment from vodafone officer
Dear sir/ madam,
Myself is Vinay Sharma.I am a old user of Vodafone.I was using 02 postpaid number and 04 prepaid number in my small scale company. As per my discussion with Vodafone executive Mr. Amit at your Shivalik Nagar, Haridwar office. As per him, we can get the CUG (Free communication between each other) plan for our all (prepaid and postpaid) numbers, if i changed my all prepaid numbers to postpaid numbers. My numbers are given below.
As per his commitment, i agreed to convert our all prepaid number to postpaid number to get CUG plan. But after getting my first bill, i got that my four numbers are under CUG plan (Free Communication between each other) but my two number was not under the same.
I complained about this to your office many times regarding the same. But now (after 1.5 month), i could not received any favorable or responsible reply.
Now i request you to see the matter seriously and take my both number under the same plan.
I am waiting for your quick and favorable reply.

MNP rejected & unable to receive the same portibility number
I, Jai Prakash Gupta had done MNP for my number 9609796097, from Vodafone to Reliance CDMA. The MNP was successfully done as on 23.08.11, but after few month, the incomming calls were barred.
The outgoing calls is active till date.
Complain was registered on a regular basis and at last, it is being reverted that Vodafone had rejected the MNP & now Vodafone rejects to return the same number.
Please solve the matter and try to return the same number as this is important.

Please note that initially MNP was successful. Later, the service was disconnected by your current service provider and thus, the number returned to Vodafone. Kindly visit your nearest Vodafone Store for further assistance.

1. TRAI says Only 100 SMS Per day 3000 SMS per month, we accept it as per law & keep paying 129 for 3000/month sms rather then 15000 sms/month
2. Now TRAI says 200 SMS per day 6000 SMS per month, Still vodafone not giving 6000 SMS/ month.
3. Vodafone customer care says it's COMPNAY POLICY you need more sms then you have to pay more money.

i m Ravinder singh Rawat and i m the customer of vodafone and my
vodafone number is 9873941697 i have so much to say you
1st==== complaint about your customer care executives they don't have
way to talk even they talk to me like i m fool... i have been
complaining for one reason regard network they never give me right
solution or resolution... when ever i made call on your call center i
found my self i could not tell you cuz i can not write those
words...your customer care executives like robot they don't have way
to talk to customer even i think a vendor can take good call from them
if u teach about your product that's i found since i became a part of
vodafone but no issue because i think you never teach them
professionalism.....i m very sorry about it but that is true.....you
should listen their calls how they talk to customer ..........what i
think i should port to any service provider and for your kind
information i m having 4 vodafone number's and each customer keeps
importance to you thats my thought's if i m wrong i want the
2nd======= complaint about your senior or team leader's what i think
about them you are paying them for nothing because when ever i said to
your executive's i wanna talk to your senior's they never transfer the
call to senior's they said to me senior's are busy hahahaha,,,,
is i m looking fool to you? customer is fool? my problem regards
network never been solved from your side its mean your senior's is not

Balance Deduction without intimation
This is shafi, I am using Vodafone Number(+919581457988), My balance was deducted Daily Rs.1 with out any intimation while i am in roaming.
while i am calling customer care they are telling i have received a call but when i am ask which number i got the call they are not providing.. this is 3rd time is happening there is no proper response form customer care. I need my money back.

they are not transferring call to Team Leader, how long i will put on hold.
Vodafone is very worst service and customer care employs are providing worst service to the customer.. they are argument with customers..
So kindly check my call history list and provide me.

Complaint Against Bill
I have complaint against my number its 0976058410 that is net connection.I had connection internet of my number through customer care but they said to me that time ur plan is 99 and 2 gb free i am repeated that question i just want plan only 99 which is bill is whitin 99 of your regular mobile bill. Now complanist is against my bill which is 6008/-its is not fair.Please take a action against this matter.

wrong charge on my bill
I'm using the corporate plan & my mobile is 9911501033, 9718317894, my plan is under VG_DL_MV_MarutiSuzuki_199.
I have charged for SMS which is made from 9718317894 to 9911501033.
Now your executive says that we will not reverse any deducted amount to you because you both are with different plan(different company's name).
I have been clarify that I'm using the one company's plan not other company's plan. If you have mentioned the different name on my both mobile number then its your mistake, I'm not responsible for any error which made by you or your executive who is give me the plan.
I have given the company's ID card & other ID proof for the both connections.
Please look into this and get it resolve ASAP with proper solution.

This is to inform you that on 28th Oct '12 Sunday at 3.45 pm Rs.150/- was deducted from my Vodafon prepaid mobile.
same time ( at 3.46.pm) i called to your Vodafon customer care executive on 198 regarding the same, he explained me that the amount is being debited for subscribing all t.v.channel. i then explained him that i have not subscribed for any kind of channel.
After a long debate he assured me that the service will be disconnected immediately and u will get the refund amt after 4 hrs. but when after 4 hrs. i didn't get my balance back i again called to 198 at 06.09 pm but you will be surprised to here sir that my phone was blocked and i could not able to reach to any of your executives. i kept on trying and calling on 198 at 06.36pm, 08.02 pm, 08.03 pm, 08.23 pm, 08.25 pm, 08.35 pm, 09.01 pm, 09.03 pm, 09.14 pm, 09.48 pm, 10.23 pm, 10.47 pm, at last when i was not getting connected to 198 i called on 18001234567 at 22.27 pm, where i spoke to mr.navnath we had conversation for about 8.47 mint. after explaining him again everythig he assured me definietly of getting my amount refund within 24 hrs. unfortunately i was out of station on monday and could not able to called your customer care due to roaming charges. when i did not get the refund after 24 hrs as guranteed by your executive mr.navnath on Tuesday when i was back in mumbai i called to your customer care but one more surprising news for you is , this time both the lines were blocked from my cel phone. i was so much upset and harrassed by you people that for rs.150/- i have to keep following you for four days yet no result, no response from you.when there are different shemes, diff. plan you will call us and will be behind us. but when question of your service this kind of response and service is given by you to your 10 year old customer. story doesn't end here sir, when it was unable to call your cust.care. from my above no. i tried the same 198 from my another no.9969535959 which is ported from triumph, on 30th oct at 12.55pm, this time i spoke to miss vaidhya, i also told her that i am not getting connected to customer care on 198, and again discussed my issue with her, she assured me for the refund within half and hr. obviously as other said she also promissed fake. my query about not getting connected to cust.care was solved but refund ? on 30th again when i called on 198 at 02.30 pm, i insisted to transfer my line to senior executive aft a long debate and waiting for upto 15 min my line was connected to miss shirin, after discussing the matter she again assured me of getting refund within 24 hrs. i tried many time aft this asking for team leader too but it was waste of my time holding your lines for 15-20 mints.this was my last cal.
i stop calling aft this and complaining you on this email.
sir from last four five days half of my time is wasted behind the call. i am working sir and can't sit all the time behind phone.
i also have reference no. of my complaint. if you want i can give you the same tommorrow.
this is not done with company like you. where i ma using your no. since last 10 years. and also ported my another trumph no. in vodafone.
when we see such fauth and trust in your compnay what are you doing with your customer sir,
just playing with their feelings and making them run behind you for their own money.
i have record of all the coversation. if my money will not be refunded within next 12 hrs. i may go to media and give all the detail abt the same.
