Complaint against Vodafone !! Dear Sir/ Madam
I have been using your services for 4 years, my number is 9811412157 . Delhi-NCR circle.
I had a prepaid paid connection connection, which I got shifted to post-paid, in September 2011. Again I visited your Customer care center at M2K Rohini to get my number back to pre-paid mode.
I visited this center 3 times and presented all the necessary documents and Simcard. Everytime I visited the this center, I made the payment of my due amount, in good faith to get my request processed. All the days i was made to sit at the center for 4 hours, in the pretext of system failure.
i even requested them to keep the simcard and documents and process the request, whenever system is working.
No one at the centre took any notice of my problems. Even customer care didn't responded in a responsible manner.
I had suffered huge monetary losses due to all the ill-treatment and irresponsible behavior of the Customer Care Executive (least I call them Customer Care).
Now, when I have responded in the same way by holding some payment of bill, I am continuously being harassed on calls for the payment and even threatened for legal notices.
They have not barred even my parents from such calls.
Is the customer here just to suffer for the problems of the company and is it crime to use Vodafone, for which customer is being treated like a criminal?
For all these 4 months I have waited for some response from you company for help. No one called me back.
now when they are feeling pain for a meager amount of bill, they have found all the time to harass me and threaten me.
Now,the payment of bill is not the issue, I am ready to pay all the due amount, in lieu of a responsible reply that " What action will be taken against the persons at the M2K center and those making threatening calls to me" - in written.
The very next day all the payments from my side will be cleared.
I request you to reply ASAP and settle the things.
All I need is a responsible reply and an action against the persons who created this problem in the first place.
Assure me an action in written and clear the bills. I request you to settle the case ASAP.

temporary deactivation of no Dear sir,
i am using vodafone postpaid connection, no is 9873582123 has been deactivated from 1st of june. I visited your vodafone store at south ex for this problem. There i came to know that my vodafone no is deactivated due to outstanding on my one old hutch no 9873164312.
According to my best of knowledge there is no outstanding due on any of my no, still i ask for the outstanding bill but they were not able to provide me that bill and asked me visit the head office at okhla.
So i am requesting you either you provide me my outstanding bill or activate my no 9873582123 as soon as possible.
Your early action in this regard will be highly appreciated. Waiting for your positive reply.

My no. has been activated on 18/4/2012 under the plan day to day. I haven't activated internet & simple,special messages but my last 2 months bill have the charges of these both message & internet is added in my bill

I am going to Vodafone store Krishna nagar to take this complaint but he did not give any information & compromise with me.Please take the action on my complaint as soon as possible reduce the charges & adjust in my next bill.

Unwanted value added service SIR
It is intimated that my mother mobile no is 9830830535(kolkata base vodafone no), my mother name is Anjana Ganguly and she is of 65 yars old. Since last one month her no had been activated with internet connectivity or some other value added services.She has not asked for any value added service ever.
Therefore it is requested to deactivate her all value added service, she is 65 yars old and staying alone due to obvious reasons she couldn't operate her mobile with all technical maneuvering. I will be very grateful if all her deduction for unwanted value added service refunded/reimbursed.

Not getting connection Chittur, Palakkad District, Kerala I had purchased a Vodafone Mobile Broadband USB Stick with a SIM and it is working nicely but after recharging on 29 June 2012 it is not working properly.
The software is correctly getting connected but the Windows is not getting properly connected.
This problem is facing since 29 June 2012, but now also not solved. I had called the call centre some 10 to 12 times they are not correcting these all. And I had also gone to
District Head quarters with laptop over there its working correctly but it is not working here only.
Please take necessary actions to correct this.

Unexpected service Dear Madam,
My Mobile number is 9920934241, As an old customer of your service, I
have been very happy generally and, save for a few niggles and
teething problems in my preliminary stages, I have enjoyed
unparalleled services from Vodafone. This is what prompted me to buy
the 'network'
But mam now I'm facing a problem,which all your coustomer care
executives and vodafone store executives fail to solve.
Now my last hope is you.
Problem is that i was is in roaming for last 2 month i.e from 9th of
may to 11th july, on the 2nd day i.e on 10th may i'hv spoken to your
customer care executive regarding roaming plan and he confirmed that
there is a plan with Rental 75 in which the local call rates will be
30paise/min and std would be 50paise/min, sms will charge 1rs/sms flat
on all network at that i'hv asked your executive to activate the plan
on my number but the plan is not got activated on my number. Later
i'hv received the huge amt of bill then i'hv again spoken to your
customer care executive and he said that we dont have any roaming plan
of 75 available with us at that time i'hv lodge the complaint
regarding the false info gvn by your executive due to which i received
the expensive bill, i also informed to your executive that i agreed
that i'hv charged as per the TRAI standard Roaming charges but the
complaint is regarding the wrong info gvn due to which got expensive
bill but again the customer care executive lodge the complaint under
bill dispute ( wrong roaming charges ) of which i'hv receive the
resolution that i'hv charged correctly as per roaming.
I totaly not agreed with the resolution received, then i received the
payment reminder call executive name Ravi , i denied to make the
payment and again explain him the above reason , he said that m
forwarding your complain to concern team n you will receive call from
concern team and also he had committed that my O/G will get activate
within 2hrs but it not happened nor i'hv received regarding my complain. Again 2days later i receive a payment
call n at that time i'hv spoken to the suppervisor named Shashank and
he had also gvn the same committment that ravi gvn that the service
will activate within 2hrs but same not happened nor i'hv the call yet.. I realy dont
remembered the dates n time that i hv the conversation with your
customer care executives.
Its been know more than 3days that my O/G service is barred. I too
belong to telecom vertical but the treatment which i receive is very
dissappointing. My payment history is good as per your records and i
dont want to be a defaulter but your service only tends me not to make
the payment.
My total 2month bill is 3597.91/- which i think is very high and will
not going to pay the same untill n unless i received the revert from
you.
M expecting the waiver of atleast 2000/- to 2500/- n if it is not
possible then reply that it is not possible so that i can make the
complete payment n port out from your service.
Expecting your reply or Call ASAP. Feel free for any kind of clarification.
