Airtel is very poor is customer services. Airtel just believe in collecing money by selling the STB for 2200/ 2300 and leaves the customer after that. I am facing the picture qualiy issue from the very first day and their engineers (who do not know anything) used to say
"Sir Airtel ki quality aise hi aati hai"
This is how airtel works. This is the response of Rohini, Delhi area service center.
On top of that airtel customer care never bothered to look into the customer problem
Can anyone tell me the mail id or contact details of Marketing Head/ Sales Head/ CEO of Airtel DTH.
