Wrong billing Whomsoever concerned,
I would like to notify a serious issue of incorrect bill. I am using postpaid service of Airtel.
My number is 7738363879. I have been using this number from last 1 Year.
I used to use GPRS on my phone in which i used to get GB in 98 Rs.
I deactivated this service as there was some issue with my mobile and could not use the internet.
When i bought new phone i activated the GPRS services and no one told i will be getting 1 GB as airtel has changed there plans.
I got a bill in this month for 5682 Rs.
First of all should have got 2 GB and not one and the whole bill is been charged with 10p/KB without any discounts not even 1 GB.
As a customer you are billing me for the plan which i was unaware of.
Worst thing is my outgoing is been barred from last 3 days which i find this very inconvenient.
I have spent hours every day explaining the issue to customer care.
I hope you will look into this matter and get a resolution on this.

The abovementioned broadband connection was requested by me at your Customer Care to be discontinued with immediate effect in February 2012 due to billing problems from the very first month of operation. The phone remained in use for a few months only and as the problem could not be satisfactorily resolved, I requested for discontinuation of the service. However, it was not disconnected by Airtel and the Airtel authorities repeatedly pursued to let it continue on the promise that matters will be resoved. But I did not agree to their proposal as I had already obtained a new connection. They then asked if I may be interested in airtel at any other location and seeing their repeated pleadings, I referred a new connection at an address in Greater Noida. However, nothing was done. Recorded conversations to this effect would be available in your records for reference. I cleared my outstandings amounting to Rs. 750/- in February 2012 itself and did not use it thereafter.
I am now repeatedly getting threatening calls from Airtel that if I do not make payment of Rs. 3000/-, a legal notice will be sent to me. Today again, the same demand was repeated and one Priya Sharma said to be representing Airtel threatened to issue summons from Patiala House Court and arrest. I distinctly remember that the same trick was adopted by Airtel with an acquaintance of mine and she was compelled to pay amount that was not due.
I warn that if this threatening process did not stop, I'll report the matter to the Crime Branch and take action as deemed appropriate.

they sed that we will give the connection with in two days tillnow iam not get the internet connection . When i called to your customercare
they give a complaint NO : 18280472 . your persons are not respoinding even they are not attempteing the calls . Please arrange me the

committment broken by airtel company Dear Sir/Madam
Airtel Company's representative committed me to give uninterrupted 2 mbps download speed throughout the full complete month. I have paid the bill of plan selected by me before due date. Now i am getting 70 kbps download speed from 27th of july 2011 onwards.Airtel must keep its commitment with me.

Getting new connection or shifting existing connection is so difficult.. I had been using using airtel broadband connection for 3 years and during those periods I was happy about the service, but when i shifted to new location I was informed by airtel that there is a feasibility at that location. But after giving the request nothing was done even after many calls and follow ups. The request was closed after 20 days by saying that there is no feasibility at that location. Most of my friends had the same experience even after paying money for new connection.
After 4 months, I got a call from airtel by saying that there is feasibility available at my location and it is possible to give the connection, Even after my bad experience I decided to try my luck this time. I applied for new connection by giving required documents and money and waited for one week, at last I got a weird reply from them saying that there is a high-tension electric line is passing through this location so they can't give the connection. I really don't know what exactly I have to do on this matter.
There are many people who have never got their money or connection, even after so many months after giving application.

Activation Details for PC Secure with Airtel Broadband not provided even after continuous follow up Dear Team,
I am an Airtel broadband & fixed line customer in Gurgaon my fixed
line number is 01244264054. I wanted to activate PC secure on my
laptop but when I try to activate it I am getting an error as my email
ID is not present in your records.
I have written this in email to 121@in.airtel.com on 25th August and
since then I am continiously following up on mail and phone but still I have
not received requested details.
Please issue my email and password to activate my PC secure software
IMMEDIATELY.

I am Varun Behal ,my landline number is 0120-4122368. I've been a regular Airtel customer since 1 year. I've been facing a problem regarding the shifting of my connection from G-460, Gamma 2 to my new residence G-615,Gamma 2 ,Greater Noida. Sir i've been contacted by an executive on 24/07/2012 to pay my dues of 4,450rs and in return he gave me words to shift my connection to my new residence. But he didn't took any action afterwards and moreover, he denied that he said anything like that (Shift connection). I visited the nearest Airtel office (Jagat farm, Greater Noida) to get my issue resolved but they said, that my new billing cycle has started so you have to pay your outstanding bill of 1,800rs to get your connection transfer. I again visited the office on 18/09/2012, as new billing cycle again started on 10/09/2012 so my outstanding went up to 3600.but why should i pay this bill ? As,
I've placed a request to your executive 2 months ago, which he denies now ?
My connection is not shifted till now ?
Since I've not been using your service for last 5 months, still i paid the bill of 3 months (till July) because of goodwill (As my connection is not shifted till now ) ?
You need to contact that executive who contacted me. You can get his number from my records as i've lost his number ?
And moreover why would i lie even after paying 4,450 rs,clearing my then outstanding ?
Sir, please look into the matter as soon as possible else i've to discontinue your service. I am sending this message with great expectation, that my issue would be resolve as soon as possible.

complaint against conection sir,
we are not using our connection from 3 months and we registered that we have to disconnect our connection but no action was taken and they continue to send the bills. we posted our request on 15 June 2012 for disconnecting our connection.our fixed line number is 011-41521996 adders-a\29 millap nagar uttam nagar new delhi-110059 . our complaint number which we got when we registered to disconnect are 21625880 on 9 august 2012.
sir we are not going to pay our bills because it is not our fault. please sir disconnect our connection.i contacted by an executive on15 June who told me that your connection will be disconnected in a week but this does't happen.
Sir, please look into the matter as soon as possible else i've to discontinue your service. I am sending this message with great expectation, that my issue would be resolve as soon as possible.

Bloody Bharati Airtel is fraud I have applied for Airtel BB on 02-Nov-2012
With an assurance of getting connection Airtel guys encashed my cheque of Rs. 1250/- on 05-Nov-12 and never responded back to me until i contacted them on 21-Nov-2012.
Then they tell me that they dont have ports available on their DP so no connection can be given.
Bloody assholes why the hell do they encash my cheque if they cant give the connection.
Secondly on their bullshit customer application form they dont have any phone number other than 121 mentioned for any help.
How can any1 reach 121 if they dont have this non existing Airtel connection.
Above all today it is 17-Dec 2012 and I am still waiting for my refund money
airtel has done this for the second time in last 1 year.
I am sure I am never going to use any of their service ever in my lifetime... and new customers you also beaware that Airtel simply uses customers money without paying any interest ... Airtel is a big Chor ... I dont understand what protection does an Indian consumer have ? The best way to teach lesson to such Org's is to somehow secure there connection and overuse it and stop paying bills ... thats the only way to make these Org's understand that even our money counts ...

Extremely Unprofessional behaviour Hi Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you we had given a request for relocation of the fixed line 04443057529 to the new address. Post which,we had lodged complaint for rectifying the line
Complaint No. 25909342 as the wires were left dangling on the trees and the connection would fluctuate every now and then.
The executive who had come to our premises to rectify the issue refused to put the line otherwise and advised to discontinue with Airtel. He removed the cables off the junction box and refused to reconnect them back in whatsoever circumstances. It was extremely unprofessional and rude a behavior that completely unexpected of Airtel, wherein we are customers for Airtel mobile and DTH services too. We have been calling the 121 and 198 customer care but the executives online have the same story of the concerned department has been informed. But no action has been taken yet.
Pls take corrective action immediately.
