    Dear Respected sir i inform u thst i m alredey 3g user of airtel my number is 9601618318 i have alredy avtivated 3g on 5march and 3G data credited on 26 march aproxly i have 6 gb 3g data and i have no 3g network i contact airtel but they dosnt have reply this issu plze help me my data pack will expire on 27 june and i have 6gb 3g data without 3g network how can i use it i m alredy 3g user but i dnt know yar y this problame to me i hvae losse 6 gb plze help me to activate 3g servises

    Default Complain airtel mobile service

    Hello,

    I had recharge Rs.22/- for category - discounted tariff recharge (All Local calls at 40p/min) on dated and time 20-Jun-2013 24:35:25. But till I had not get any recharge benefit regarding above. Then I had informed to Airtel Coutomer Care and they send me a SMS as follow:

    “Namaste! Thank you for contacting us. The reference no for your Airtel Mobile 8750093064 is CONRC30620715955 registered on 21-jun-2013 22:02. We will update you by 22-jun-2013 - From AD-AIRCCM 20/06/2013 10:33:08 p.m.”

    Again I call back on dated 21-jun-2013 around 2:15 p.m. and they told me till your register open & resolved it very soon. After that they send me another two SMS as follow:

    Namaste! Thank you for contacting us. Hope the concern related to you Airtel mobile 8750093064 has been resolved to your satisfaction. Your ref no is CONRC20621470352 registered on 21-jun-2013 14:29 - From AD-AIRCCM 21/06/2013 03:00:13 p.m.

    “Your service requests no CONRC30620715955 has been resolved. We tried contacting you and were not able to contact you. For assistance call 121 - From AD-AIRCCM 21/06/2013 06:20:49 p.m.”

    But I am very sorry to say still it has not been resolved. After that several time I want connect to Customer Care with 121 from mobile no 8750093064, but I cannot connect.

    So please help me to get back my money or justice.

    Hi sir,
    My No. is 9898141743
    I am using this sim nearly four years, I am using mobile 10 years
    I am got service message on 24-02-13 from 54321 you charged Rs. 3 for dowloading poly tone from this your side while i am charging the mobile after i give the back key and after i see the service message are come.

    On 25-02-13 i am got another message from 54321 your charged for Rs. 1 fordownloading wall paper while i am wake up from bed iam see the message i give the back key and after i see the service message are come.

    so i don't download any content from your service message and also I don't like any polytone & wall paper so i definetly not download the content from this service message if i want wall paper and polytone i download this from my aircel no. ( i have aircel no. also). because I use Pocket Internet Card (Rs. 14 - 3 days unlimited free download, i recharge the card on 24-02-13) [aircel no. 9898141743], i have system for connect gprs & if i want any content i also connect the mobile to pc and download. so please understand I couldn't download any content from service message, i have mp3 mobile so i want ring tone i use mp3 & i also rington, poly tone converter software i have my pc

    so i call the customer care for this reg. complaint. first complaint on 24-02-13they refund my money so no issue.
    on 25-02-13 after see the message i contact customer care he disconnected the call while speaking.
    and after i again contact customer care one person who Mr. Mohan attent the call he promise his superior call back me within 4 hour. but till not any response.

    on 26-02-13 I am contact customer care I told forward the call to escalation but ring is going for 5 min. and i am onthe line i contact from (198) to customer care to anybody attend the 9898141743 line while speaking the call was disconnected by customer care people.

    after three time i contact customer care and i also angry with them and little bit hurt them. please hear the recorded interection. they disconnect the call and customer care ivr also barred.

    I give the detail little please give instruction to customer care executive do not disconnect the call while speaking off course i loss the money i speak just angry so what I am loss the money without my knowledge.
