    Default Nokia lumia 800 gprs not activate

    Dear Sir,

    Few days back , i purchased the nokia lumia 800 & vendor commit me GPRS pack will be free with this for next 4 month (2 GB per month). then i recharge my connection with 650/-.

    i complaint at 121 they give me target that 06Aug 1.30. but no action till now no any GRPS pack activate and too much money deducted due too this GPRS.

    kindly take some action as soon as possible.

    Unhappy No proper solution for wrong deduction of balance

    I have been charged rupees 30 for sending MMS but Which Was not sent by me or any1 through my number. I am a student & I don't able to spent 30 rupees on MMS . but still .....they are not refunding it to me

    Default Problem with Airtel 3G Data Services- No Resolution was provided for Complaint

    I am an AirTel Customer.
    I activated and bought Airtel 3G Data plan on 9th July 2012.
    Download speed was okay for initial 2 weeks but than it came down to 74 Kbps which is not even a satisfactory GPRS speed.
    I waited for few days to and than logged a complaint by calling Airtel Customer Care on 1st August 2012 and this complaint was closed by Airtel without providing any resolution.
    So i called Customer care again and a new complaint was logged for the same issue which is again closed by Airtel Support without providing any resolution or without contacting me.
    I requested Customer care to open the same service request as it is not acceptable to create a new service request every time for same issue.
    I am really very upset by the way Airtel staff is handling my problem.
    I am unable to use a service for which I have already paid and Customer care is just working to close the service request rather than providing solution.

    Default Fraud Nodal officer UP (W) & Uttarakhand

    I had communication with nodal officers of UP (W) & Uttarakhand several time, they never gave me exact reply. I am attaching all my communications. May I have justice?

    Following are answers of your questions.

    Amount of recharge: Rs. 22/- W.ref. to TxID: 1581024219
    This was done as per customer information available in your website
    I did not have previous recharge details of Rs. 22/- STD promo; perhaps it is on 1st July. please check your record.
    My call rates are not even 0.012/second, as replied in your mail. My calculation shows, it is usually 0.013/second, some cases anomalously high, as per attached XL sheet (pls. check highlighted values).

    Kindly check those and please clarify. (attached call rates)

    sir am one of the loyal customer of airtel,now its my 6th year of usage,but the service providers didn't even give me any offers,for me one call cost rs.1,then how can i able to use that network.many times i called the customer service but they didn't respond well,so i want to file a complaint..my no is 9952255678.......

    i wants you inform you that your airtel telecallers MS ISHA RAJPUT and Team leader Gurpal from airtel office IT park Chandigarh misbehave with me and mentally harassing me by sharing my personal detail with my friends.By calling on their phone no. she told them that MR.Gagandeep is a fraudy ,cheap and a characterless person and create a big issue for my life.she also gave them cell no.s of my other friends. she react like that she has a personal problem with me. this was done only because of my due payment of my no. 8968920007. and she is blackmailing me by calling on my other no. 9501520007 i gave you that no.s from they calling me 9876166156; +91981534089. and when i call back on these no.s then they are not even tell there name to me. and today i paid all amount now they are not agree to give my no. 8968920007 to me. so its my request to do sumthing against these no.

    Default complaint for deactivation of my no. 9975405565 without intimation

    August 11th 2012

    Dear Sir,

    I bought an air-tel (Maharashtra) prepaid card bearing no. 9975405565 around 4-5 years back bearing sim no. 8991900200066845206. About a year back suddenly an amount of Rs. 100/- was deducted from my account. On inquiry from customer care I was informed that the said charges have been deducted for activation of games. Whereas I did not do that and went to gallery of air-tel where I came to know no service is activated in my connection, but still I had borne it. At that time they re-registered my alternate number. Though at the time of buying connection alternate number was registered. The facts can be verified from the records.



    Since this being my standby connection I was using it once in 2-3 months with the balance of Rs.300/400. Now all of sudden when I started using the same it was not working and came to know from gallery the connection has been allotted to some one else without my knowledge by forfeiting the balance amount. Which has been done as per guidance of TRAI.


    Accordingly have been chasing from June 2012, but unfortunately unwanted and irrelevant mails were received by me from your south circle. They informed me the sms of deactivation was sent to me on 28.05.2012 and on 29.05.2012. Where as my question is if the communication is to be sent for deactivation that should be sent to the alternate number or the number which is not in use?

    Since my number is deactivated without any communication also my amount is forfeited for which I am not to be victimized hence the same connection should be re-allocated to me along with the remaining balance.

    Have been continuously sending mails for the same to nodal and appellate office for the same since 45/50 days but the reply what I get from them the criteria of disconnection. I am sorry to say there is no one I repeat no responsible person who takes care of the query of customer before replying.

    Humbly request to do the needful.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I feel very much sorry to log complaint against one of my favoirite Service Provider Airtel but the amount of harassment that your customer care and collection agents have provided to me is enough to create hatred against your company.
    I always liked Airtel services and used to use 3G services frequently. One day I activated the 3G service while I was in roaming at Mumbai as I required the data connection on urgent basis. I clearly told the customer care agen to activet the 3G only for one day and sha told me that I will be charged only on pro-rate basis for only one day. After 2 days I deactivated the 3G and left to South Africa for business trip.
    However, at the end of month I recieved INR 3600 for the 3G service that I activated for one day and on enquiry the customer care told me that it was activated for 6 months. I asked them to refer to the recording of IVR where I requested only for single day.
    Since they didnt listen to me, so I deactivated the connection but they are still harassing me to pay the bill for the service which I didnt asked for. I have written more than 20 mails to refer to my request but of no use. The customer care doesnt investigate properly and collections team are threatening me to send legal notice.
    Request you kind attention to resolve this issue. Am Ok to pay the bill of 6 months for 3G if I use it. But since I didnt requested and didnt used it so how can I pay for it.

    This complaint is regqrding my Airtel Mobile no which I deactivated now 9632902842. My alternate no is 9632902872.

    Default out going blocked on my aircell number

    Hai

    Out going on My mobile number 88927-52787 is blocked from today
    morning.(17/8/12 Friday). I called up customer care to check on this
    they are not giving any valid reason for the same. I had recharged
    for 30 Rs on 16/8/12 and had a balance of 24.20 as of 16/8/12. But
    the outgoing got blocked on 17/8/12 with out any valid reason neither
    you gave information before blocking nor you are allowing to use the
    balance. Even the availalbe balance is removed now from account now
    and the balance is shown as 0.

    I continously got SMS saying if you recharge for 30 Rs you will get
    full 30 Rs talk time and 300 Mb Data free accordingly i recharged for
    30 Rs and got only Rs 25.20 not the full talk time and the 300 Mb 3G
    data free. Instead of getting this you blocked my out going calls.

    If you dont rectify both the above error immediately with in today i
    will file a complaint against you for the mental arrasment you are
    giving and get suitable compensation.
    Please call me immediately for any other information or for futher
    updates on my account.
