    Default received bill more than my credit limit

    this is yash jain using airtel postpaid number 9903030714 received a bill of rs 10480 being credit limit of rs 1200.i spoke to the customer care thy didnt help me.later i spoke to the head authorities, thy told me that my credit limit was increasd to rs 5000 . i told them thy didnt inform me abt increment of my credit limit, thy said that thy hav send me msg regarding it but i didnt received any msg .i subscribe for 1 gb plan of rs 98 in which i sud get discount of rs 10480 but thy gave me only rs 5000.i told them abt this then thy gave me waiver of rs 5000.my normal bill as it always comes is rs 500 and it has not increased beyond 600.i told thm thy said me that thy waived the amt whaterver thy can and i hav to pay rest of the amt otherwise thy will take action against me..m not able to understand why i sud pay 5000 when my limit is rs 1200..

    Exclamation Bad experience related to 3G services

    Hi Sir,

    My no. 9975697299
    I have recharge of Rs 202 pack which is of 3G on 8th Dec 2011, but I'm not able to use 3G services instead to 3G Im able to use 2G services.
    i have complaint in customer care, techinical department & also Nodal but Im not satisfied with their answer. Now its almost 1 month pass & airted had not yet solve my problem, so i have decided to change my no. portability to other operator. In my life I have never face such a bad experience as I face by taking Airtel service.
    My issue is half resolve & Im not expecting airtel to solve it. Nodal officer has given me such a stupid answer which I have not expect from it. I have all the recording to whom I talk & what they reply to me. If any one can reply to this mail then it is fine.
    At the time of connection I got positive feed back from my friends but now I think that they were wrong.

    Kindly do needful.

    Myself Nilesh Patel. I am costumer of airtel postpaid services from last three years. my mobile no is 9998006639.I want to convert my postpaid no to prepaid no.for that i had completed process of conversion at airtel office, Mehsana,and I already submit my photo id proof before 10 day, but my simcard is not activated so again I go to air tel office for help,where i came to knew that by excutive of airtel office that they loss my document and that's why my simcard is still not activated. due to this i have to face a lots of problems and inconvenciency. so please give me answer that who are the responsibly for this type of mistake.

    And second things, If any one use my this document for wrong purpose then who will be the responsible.

    please give me satisfactory answer about my problem

    Thumbs down prepaid number suddenly assigned to someone else

    I have been an airtel customer for prepaid number 9503805013 (Maharashtra, ex Mumbai circle) since 2010.
    I had to leave for abroad suddenly for a few months.
    [FONT='times new roman', 'new york', times, serif]Recently[/FONT][FONT='times new roman', 'new york', times, serif] I topped up the number and also made a validity recharge (although the number had a lifetime validity.) 300 through citibank transfer and Rs 50[/FONT]
    through third party recharge(in Jharkhand).


    However when the number did not work, I went to the local customer care and came to know that the number has been deactivated for me and reassigned to someone else.
    [FONT='times new roman', 'new york', times, serif]This number was my business and office contact at numerous places. Due you [/FONT][FONT='times new roman', 'new york', times, serif]realize[/FONT][FONT='times new roman', 'new york', times, serif] what damage you have done by this?[/FONT]
    Not only you discontinued without any warning. (we are made to fill out the email id and alternate number in the registration form)
    [FONT='times new roman', 'new york', times, serif]made my payments Rs 350 to someone else, but also [/FONT][FONT='times new roman', 'new york', times, serif]assigned[/FONT][FONT='times new roman', 'new york', times, serif] the number to some other person, who might have access to confidential information as my business people might be trying to reach me on the number now that I am in India.[/FONT]
    In this case the new assignee is in a potentially harmful potion as far as I am concerned.


    [FONT='times new roman', 'new york', times, serif]Apparently[/FONT][FONT='times new roman', 'new york', times, serif] there is some ruling regarding use in every 6 months, but the customers are hardly aware and at least, it is the right of customer to know about it beforehand, [/FONT]
    so that any corrective measures could be taken. I earnestly request you to please take remedial action asap in this regard.


    I hope I wouldnt have to pursue this case with vengeance.

    1) 1st issue


    As per the request of company side that means the Distributer,
    am doing plenty of activations from 16-03-2011(march 2011)
    To on going months respectively.


    As per the demand of distributer side they are demanding
    7 Gram GOLD coin also..
    So in this demad am also to accepting and I achieve this target also.


    They are also to give Only 3Gram Gold Coin.
    "Whats the exact issue of releaving this claim"
    I Personnaly complaints to The Distribution point and the head of the departments respectively.
    But We cannot get the exact solution.


    2) 2nd issue


    As per the demand of distributer side they demanding
    more than 50 MNP activations (july 2011-Aug2011)they will give 4GRAM Gold Coin Respectively.


    So Am Doing 57 MNP Activations also.
    So am also to eligible for this claim.


    in the distributer side they will give only 2 Gram Gold Coin also.
    So please allow the balance Claim.




    i personaly says that this is not at all the correct way of direct marketting.
    if you provide any kind of the claim details PLEASE provide the retailers,..


    kindly Gives to this Claim also.


    Please do the needful and REVERT.

    iam using airtel prepaaid 9894659128 still 2006.recently they deduct the balance without notification..after i call several times they told me amount deducted for add on service.i never activated addon service..please do the needful ..and get back my balance soon..

    Default PC Secure-Lapses of service and install by AIRTEL

    Dear Sir,

    Provided below the complaint lodged by me today in this Consumer COurt for your immediate action/attention:

    I have purchased 'Airtel Broadband Turbo 10 GB' Plan 6 months back according to which 'PC Secure' is supposed to be installed and free service so as to protect the PCs/Laptops of the COnsumers.

    However our Laptop has now become useless due to lots of virus last week and with regard to the same we had lodged complaint with Airtel-Broadband. As a result of the inspection by AIRTEL Technical personnel - we have now been informed that AIRTEL personnel forgot installing 'PC Secure' which they were supposed to instal and provide the said service freely. Also we have been informed that all the data, photos, documents, personal details present in the Laptop will have to be removed completely. For this we have to independently hire a Hardware specialist and AIRTEL will not do anything about their mistake now.

    On contacting the senior official through the visiting Technician we were made to speak on phone to Mr. Abdul Sattar, Technical Team Lead, Zone East, Bangalore, Ph. 9740990137. The casual response of Mr. Sattar was that it is our badluck for being in the about 1% of cases where AIRTEL Personnel forget installing 'PC Secure' when they do the initial setup of Broadband at home. Also he stated bluntly that since we were paying money on a monthly basis it is the Consumers responsibility to keep checking if all the promised services are being delivered or not on a daily basis. Himself nor any part of AIRTEL do not bother to check or guide consumers about their lapse in installing requisite software that is promised by their organisation. Also that AIRTEL will NOT do anything to amend their mistake of not having installed 'PC Secure' nor in helping restore the now-useless laptop to its former condition.

    In light of the above, I would request your Honorable COurt to take appropriate action against AIRTEL:
    1. for not having proper systems and operational controls nor any remedial mechanisms to ensure their lapses do not have any harm to their COnsumer Assets
    2. in my specific case to do the needful to get my laptop to its original condition alongwith all the data on the laptop, and then install 'PC Secure' which AIRTEL forgot installing 6 months back
    3. provide compensation for having cheated us for the last 6 months by NOT providing promised services of 'PC Secure' and also causing us mental torture and aggravation by telling us it is our badluck for their organisational lapses

    Dear sir, Repeatedly getting call from Airtel No. 8974883588 to my home land No. 0479-2471484 and using parliamentary language with my wife. I have traced the number through googly and I understand this number Provided from Airtel ARUNACHAL PRADESH. I hope you will take a disciplinary action against the abuse by using the above number.

    sir,
    I am nishant sharma from delhi(east),my airtel mobile no. is
    9953960617..i am not satisfied with the network coverage of airtel at
    my vicinity ,thats why i want to port out my no. to other network..
    but every time i tried to port out the no. ..it has been rejected from
    airtel.. when i tried to contact to customer care .they said to visit
    airtel relationship centre,, and when i visited there they were not
    responed at all .. they said they dont know about this matter... i
    called to nodal office no.. they ask me to wait till 12th march .. now
    nobody responded to my complaint .. even i could not contact to
    customer care also... please resolve my problem as soon as possible...

    I have converted tarif plan from postpaid to prepaid on last year oct 2011 but still i didnt receive my security deposit money thats Rs.250, but after sending so many mails now they are telling like we sent the cheque and your door was close (i am staying in society where all courier collects at main gate with eanry book) and after from last 4 months they are investigating where is my cheque, and still working on it with giving new dates and nothing happening on new date.

    I have only covered this no because of pathetic service. signal cutoff many time during the calls but i need to keep that no. Even when converted from postpaid to prepaid 4 days service was deactivated and after many followup they started where i was traveling to my native place due to some urgent work.

    Airtel Service is too worst. better to go with other providers.

    for taking this amount i have sent around nearly 50 emails..really worst and cheapest...

    it's not matter of 250 rupees it's matter how you make relationship with customers who using service from last 2-3 years.....If some respect you have then try to resolve my issue ASAP.

    Default deduction in talk value

    Dear Sir,
    I have a prepaid Airtel mobile with no. 8756026787. I had recharged my mobile with an amount of Rs 120 . and after using some amount I had about Rs. 79/- as balance in the morning of 13.04.2012. But without any use of talk value my talk value was reduced to about Rs. 22/- in the morning of 13.04.2012.
    I tried to register the complaint on the Customer Care service of Airtel but the Customer Service being a charged service utilised my talk value upto some extent and no fruitful result came out . Being a big admirer of Airtel, this is a shock to me . and I request to take the necessary action in this direction so that my belief in the Airtel Company does not vanish.

    Lightbulb Refund

    My name is Mrs. Jahnvi Dhiren Makwana. I surrunder my Mobile connection on 6th Jan, 2012 and pay my unbilled amount as mobile company said. My No. is 8128695494 . At the time surrunder company said that i will get my refund in 45 days. After 45 days i visited Airtel office several time but they are not giving me answer about my refund. Till date i am not receive any refund and they are mentally torture me by giving rough answer. Even their store manager is not giving me proper answer. If we are fail to pay their bill ontime, they are charging find. Now i want my refund along with interest and Rs. 5000=00 for giving me torture.

    Default Amount Blocked by Airtel

    Dear Madam/Sir,

    I am using the Airtel Prepaid mobile no(9177974199). I recharged my mobile using the topup of Rs.555 on 4th april, 2012. But the amount is blocked by the service provider. When I contacted the customer care center, they are telling that the validity of the SIM has expired due to that they had make the amount as zero, and now the amount is not useful for me.

    Last month I was not in India, till March 8th Morning I am getting the calls even though I am in roaming. From that time I am not getting the calls, but still I am receiving the mesages. On reaching India on 4th of April, when I tried to call, its is telling that my account doesn't have any balance. When I try for *123#, the response I got is, the Lifetime will expires Dec 2015. Then I had recharged my account with the topup of 555/-. Then also I am not able make the calls. Later when I contacted the Customer Care, they are telling that the account has expired. Then I reachnged with the 27/- validity card. During that time when I check my balance it is showing as Rs. 0. When contacted the Customer Care, on 5th the excutive informed that the amount will be credited on that night, but till now nothing has credited. Later when I contacted the customer care center, they are playing with me, no body is giving the proper response. Even the floor leaders, managers all are telling that they will look into the matter and get back to me, But nobody has turned up. I registered two complaints, nobody has called me , but simply I received a message for the one of the complaint that the issure is closed, without informing the what the solution for the issue.

    My questions are
    1. If the SIM validity is expired then on what basis the service provide will accept the topup.
    2. When I call the 121, the system is telling that the expiry of the card is 2037, but when I diled *123# it is showing 2015 is the validity expires time.
    3. How the different executives will give different answers, and why not the concerned people are not make as accountable.

    Default 3g sim not working

    Dear Nodal Officer



    I have brought the airtel 3G USB Modem in one of the new Airtel shop at OMR chennai on last week, they said that, it is already activated. But I was checked at home it was not activated at all. When I conduct the airtel shop manager, he always cut the all my calls and not even response my query ( more than 25 calls I have made to him).



    I think he is one of the best managers(His name is shyed and mobile number is 9677161672) in Airtel to resolve the customer query. Herewith, I have mentioned the SIM Card No: 8991400212027255586 and Mobile No: 9840583955 . Kindly activated this number as soon as possible.



    I hope at least nodal officer can resolve this issue ASAP.
