    On October 7, 2016. I had recharged 3G/4G (Rs.53/1day) and it showed recharge successful, but could not browse. When I checked the balance, it showed zero. I recharged again for Rs.46 to update the balance. Again successful, but balance still showed zero. Still could not browse. I reported the incident to Airtel. After many updates and many days of wait, I got a call on October 24, 2016 by Airtel customer service executive that the amount will be refunded in two hours and asked me to confirm the same. I checked the balance and it still showed zero. My repeated complaints were not answered. The latest reference number of the call I had with customer care is CONRC21112222612 and I spoke to a supervisor, Vishwanatha. I have been getting this justification from Airtel that Airtel is not responsible for third party recharges done through PayTM. Paytm says they cannot refund as the recharges were successful and they have provided the invoices. The following screenshots and invoices are attached for reference:

    Have Escalated this issue to Airtel Nodal on 27th Dec and havn't got a resolution yet.

    Ported from Vodafone to airtel in first week of November 2016. Since then I am unable to use 4G services on airtel. Airtel claims to have fix my issue 4 times. However none of the times issue was addressed.

    Here is a list of SR filled with Airtel and Airtel closed all of them with out even addressing the issue.



    Instead of filing multiple SR with Airtel Airtel has failed to fix 4 G issues on my phone.
