i have bought a Nokia x3-02.5 mobile from BIG BAZAAR Bhubaneswar at 7800/- with one year warranty and 2 year accidental warranty so now the person had told me to give the warranty cards after one week but till now i have been to him 6 to 7 times but still i m not able to get it.
and the mobile he has given me is showing " sold to france" in nokia care that means that it has no warranty in India.


so i want favor please consumer court help me in this FROAD CASE

AM Meiyazhagan,I have a complaint agains times job.In times job one of the person named juli haritha lied me and take RS.4350.She should be punished and i need my refund.Sshe has told me told me my resume got shortlisted by one of the MNC company in india .to get this call letter I have to come by online to just fill the form.I came to online they guide me to fill the form in their website and ask me to pay RS.1600 to inorder to get the call letter.I had paid that .And they transferred a call to one more Excecutive they asked me fill one more form and ask me RS.2750.He said me unless i paid this the earlier paid RS.1600 will be useless.So i paid that also after that they are asking some more money to complete the process.These all things i didnt know before.she also didnt explain about that.After making payment they said you resume will send to consultancies they will call u.And then come to known there is no company shortlisted my resume She lied to sell me their services.How cleverly they are taking others hard earned money I understood now.I emailed a request to times job to cancel my orders and refund.They did nt response .Pls support me to get my hard earned money.My order ID is RZ809663 and JM809688

recruitment me and my collegues were asked to pay a
security Deposit of Rs 15,000
refundable after one year and a
Non Refundable amount
of Rs 30,000.They gave us
package of 2.4lacs/annum but we have been paid only Rs

months.now have shifted to noida sector-59 from noida sector-63. they have straightway
refused to pay us our full

want to reviel our identity
as we are very much scared of
