Hello, This is Pearl, I am greatly disappointed by vodafone service centre, instead of resolving the problem, their Customer Care Mr. Saddam Hussian very easily narrates that they will not refund the charges, I don't understand why we customer should suffer because of the mismanagement and irresponsiblity of vodafone services.
It will be helpful if you look into the matter and reply me soon as possible.

The speed post concern no is ( E0439821714IN ) .At delivery time the envolep was empty.Some the employ was theft my mobile modem.

Delay in not getting new passport.

Dear Sir,
I have applieid under normal schemce passport on 23rd nov 2011 in maharashtra (mumbai).
My file (No:-B041820).I submitted all reqeuird document my police verificate is complete on 23rd Dec
2011.I check the passport status on internet and here it is showing that police report has not been received
But already the submittion is done on 23rd dec 2011.From the police station they had submit the document
on 24rd Dec 2011 to passport office.

Hi I am sunil Kumar Singh, I have purchased a spy watch from TVC sky shop on 18th Feb 2012,and my order number is OW00030762. I have received the product on 23th feb 2012, but there were no accessories inside the package. I have reported it immediately. From that day onwards i have complain about it many times (nearly 15 times ) but still there is no action from them. I have sent several mails to customer care but they are no bothered to response to it. And customer care executives are just talking like parrot, same statement repeating again and again.I request you to please look into this and help me getting the accessories.

Delay in converting Prepaid to post paid in relience GSM connection:


My no is: 9019335752. This was prepaid and I want Prepaid connection in this no. The agent Name: Navin( 9611431927) have taken my documents and money on 23 rd May, 2012. He told after 3 days Prepaid to Postpaid conversion will complete. After 1st June also the sim was in prepaid, I talked to the agent and he told I had to give some ID proof and send the document to his manager: Praveen( 9019516729). I submitted it on 4th June. He told in 5th your sim will activate. Then I waited but no activation happened. Then I called to the manager, he replied some varification have to done before activation. In between my old sim stopped working because the have made some changes. I have him my another no: 9880624104 which i am using for temporarily using. It is almost 15 days I am waiting to activate my sim but no further results i am getting. Please do something on this issue.

my complaint is not about my sim, or tatasky or any such good, my complaint is about my education.

i am a B.com graduate fomr mangaloer university and a MBA post graduate form ICFAI Udupi district.when we joined the collage they told us that the college is ugc recognised and the certificate has full value, but now after finishing our studies we realise, that the certificate had no valu at all, we cant even use the 2 yeras mba certificate even for a entry level government job. i ahve taken education loan for the MBA of 280000, and now it has become more than 350000, but i am not in aposition to pay it back to the back, because i am not getting good jobs because of my education.and i must also tell you that the college buikldlding is
also not ther any more, it is closed and the place is used as honda show room .

can some body please help me with this, i want my money back or i want the organisation to pay back my full loan to the bank.
