    Default Balance debited but no cash dispense from ATM

    dear sir,

    I am a customer of Bank of India, Chunavati Branch, Howrah. Name - Pannalal samanta, a/c no. 426910110007041, on 19th july at 8.39 am I was visit to the ICICI ATM Counter at Danesh Sk. Lane Howrah, for withdrawn Rs 2000/- Machine was print on the receipt "unable to process" response code 068, TXN No. is 3143. Whether the Rs 2000/- was debited from my account. Its three day over but no amount refund to my account by ICICI ATM manangement authority.

    This is urgently require to refund in my account. please take necessary action.

    Dear Sir,

    I introduce myself; my name is Sellamuthu Prabakaran form Tiriuchengodu, Tamil Nadu, India.

    Now I am working in Pondificia Universidad Javeriana, Cali, Colombia as Professor since last 1st August 2015. Before that I was working in Universidad Del Norte, Barranquilla, Colombia since last January 2013.

    I am staying in Cali with my family.

    Last April 2009, I took the Housing loan from LICHFL, Trichy (Loan no 21025021511) with 10 years EMI. Up to last January 2015, I paid without any delay every month. Now, due to some financial and unavoidable situation I am not position to pay my EMI against my LIC HFL, because I changed my employer.

    In this regards, I approached to LICHFL, to reschedule or restructuring my loan for remaining period and also I made the compliant to RBI and Complaint No.201415006006643 against LIC Housing Finance Ltd from Banking Ombudsman, Chennai with mail ID, M K Subhashree, Assistant General Manager, RBI, Chennai, on 11th June 2015 and Complaint Acknowledgment Number : COMP/591/2015 Complaint Against : HFC - LIC Housing Finance Limited , Complaint Source : BANKING OMBUDSMAN from Complaint Redressal Cell, National Hosuing Bank, Representative Office- Chennai on 26th June 2015.

    Further, I am requested, to reschedule or restructuring my loan for remaining period many time. I already requested to your representative (Mr Suthagar and Mail ID, but no proper response from his end.

    On last July 10th I got mail from Mr M.SATHYANARAYANAN, AREA MANAGER,LICHFL, TRICHY (Mail ID - and he says that, we will look into this and any possibility for capitalization we will inform you soon. But, after that, there is no proper outcome from him up to today.

    After that, July 13th I approached to MR M.SATHYANARAYANAN, AREA MANAGER,LICHFL, TRICHY, If it is not possible to rescheduling of outstanding my loan, you know well, there is some option is available for defaulters in LIC HFL. Please, find some option to rescheduling or restructuring of outstanding my loan as per LIC HFL. Because as per the as per the RBI - MASTER CIRCULAR - PRUDENTIAL NORMS ON INCOME RECOGNITION, ASSET CLASSIFICATION AND PROVISIONING PERTAINING TO ADVANCES under PART B, (Prudential Guidelines on Restructuring of Advances by Banks), section 11.1 (Second Para 11.1.2), there is some provision is available for defaulters.

    In this regards, once again, I am requested and consider rescheduling or restructuring of outstanding my loan amount and assure you after rescheduling or restructuring of outstanding my loan, I will pay every month without any default.

    Finally, September 4th I got mail from MS BALA SUNDARI ( to pay the entire outstanding loan with in 10th September and also not possible to rescheduling my loan not more than 10 years for NRI. If not under NPA which, they will attract serious legal actions.

    But, I already, requested if it is possible for rescheduling, they can go restructuring my outstanding amount to the remaining period.

    In this regards, I am requesting, please take the necessary action and solve my problem as soon as earlier. And, I hope, I will get the positive reply from your end and rescheduling or restructuring my outstanding loan amounts soon.

    Dear Sir/Madam

    I am RANJAN JHA, took education loan for pursue my B.E degree on sept-2009 from SBI.

    Sir my father's income is ~2.75 per annum, still I have not benefited by the subsidiary scheme due to Branch Manager.

    Sir twice I have submitted all the relevant documents whatever he asked me to submit. Still he is denying in giving me any receiving(for whatever documents I submitted to him) and says that he didn't get any information regarding subsidiary amount.

    Also this was the last chance and today was the last date to claim any subsidiary amount.

    Please take the necessary action to the concerned Branch Manager.

    Default Mistake in CIBIL Report & HDFC Bank

    Dear Sir,

    My Company M/s Oshnic Crop Science Ltd. take a used car loan from HDFC Bank Ltd. vide Loan A/c No. 29792215, Rs. 711700 on dtd 01.10.14. I am the co-applicant of this loan. But in my CIBIL Report (Control No. 943614790) this loan account type is showing as Gold Loan. I applied for Home Loan in SBI, Hoshangabad Branch. They told that if the cibil not correct then you are not eligible for Loan. They need letter from HDFC Bank that this loan is not Gold Loan, this is vehicle loan. But HDFC Bank not give letter. I give letter to HDFC for Correction in CIBIL on dated 23.12.15. But up to till date no action had taken. What can i do. This is the mistake of HDFC and CIBIL and i face the problem for its mistake. I need the correction letter as soon as possible. already 9 days had been gone.

    I am from Kolkata.

    I had travelled to Europe with the ICICI Bank Travel Card in September 2015. During my trip the card stopped functioning due to their system update without any prior intimation from ICICI Bank except one email on 27-09-2015 at 11:52pm (IST)? After 8 minutes of which (at 12:00am on 28-09-2015) the card stopped working for more than 2 days. I was stuck in a foreign land without financial support and suffered immense mental agony, embarrassment, tension of managing the expenses. It was more so for a girl like me. ICICI Bank’s card issuing agency on contact from Europe, expressed their inability to be of any help or provide any emergency cash.

    Since returning to India in October 2015 I have sent numerous emails to ICICI Bank (even to the Senior General Manager and Head - Customer Service) asking for explanations and adequate compensation for the problems I had to face in a foreign country because of them. I had even received a couple of calls asking for the compensation I am looking for. After which they have started making excuses and blaming other parties. They claim that from 24-29th September 2015 the customers were intimated about the system update. Does this mean ICICI was still intimating customers about the system update even after the travel card had stopped working? My understanding is that this kind of information should be sent well in advance so that your customers have enough time to make arrangements. One becomes helpless when there is no advance warning about such important financial instruments suddenly stop working, especially when you are dependent on them in a foreign country.

    This shows how faulty ICICI Bank Travel Card system is for which they only shift the blame onto other parties. Hence proving how unreliable the ICICI Bank travel card is. How is a customer supposed to trust ICICI Bank travel cards when such kind of important information cannot reach the customers in advance?

    It is unfortunate that after so many months ICICI Bank is trying to make a mockery of this serious matter and the hardships faced by me in a foreign land because of their travel card by asking me to accept a compensation of about Rs. 1000/-. Perhaps ICICI Bank is ignoring the seriousness of the traumatizing situation that I was put into because of the travel card.

    I am upset and annoyed with the quality of service and the poor response which has led to so much harassment in addition to the damage to my vacation.

    At the very least, ICICI Bank should provide me with proper compensation for ruining my vacation and causing so much of mental anguish.

    I have a saving account at SBI,Branch at- ,jodhpur,Dist-Jodhpur(Rajasthan) and I was charged and amount of Rupees 57.50 dated 21/07/16 from account number xxxxxxxx. I was not aware of scheme about depositing more than 5 times a calendar month and not common inform notice by your customer. Anyway it is against the guidelines of RBI to apply charges on saving accounts. I'am not satisfied replied by banking ombudsman.
